This is an amazing team. They are a whirlwind of excellent cleaning and detail. Very friendly and in and out after a masterful job. They also do homes. Everything smelled so fresh after they left, I went out and bought the same cleaner and mop for my house. I would not hesitate to recommend this great team for your business or home!

I trusted them to clean the home and do the job they were hired to do, but because I lived out of town they took complete advantage of me for over a year. I found out from tenants through pictures and emails that they were not doing a good job of cleaning at all. I hired them for four hours of cleaning per week and they would show up for an hour or less to clean and then leave. They did not do a thorough job nor did they stay for the duration of the time I paid for. After speaking with tenants I spoke with Total Home Services and explained the complaints, they apologized and assured me everything would be cleaned properly and it still never was. One of the worst things they did was literally lie to me, by saying they did something when they actually never did and thinking I would not find out. That is the worst part of this all. Buyer beware I would not recommend this company for anyone!
