Tom responded to the message I left regarding my need for a handyman by returning my call. After discussing the nature of the work we decided on a day and time for him to come by. He never showed up for our appointment. It has been over a week since that appointment was set - and still no explanation from Tom. Apparently wasting peoples time is his way of doing business.

Tom is a professional. Finished in a timely manner and did a great job.

I think Tom is a fabulous worker. He was precise with his measurements, I found him to be quite knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair in his price. He even went above and beyond by helping me and taking a ride to Lowe's because the shelf did not come with the correct screws. I would hire him again for my next project.

Unhappy with quality & thim to do 2 pre-hung door installations & also the same with laminated floor installations. A basic lack of understanding. Had to let him go before the work available to him was completed,

Tom arrived right on time. He's an affable, down-to-earth guy, easy to talk to. Estimated it would take two hours; he worked constantly and it took exactly that. I'd definitely use Tom again.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS. Quality of work, professionalism, punctuality all A's. F's and D's in basically phone dedicate. He did a great job for us with several projects: painting a bathroom, installing and ducting a bath fan (and correcting a switch that was wired incorrectly). He works hard and is honest and obviously s cares about his workmanship. If he doesn't return a call or you have to call more than once - give the guy a break. He's a sole proprietor that answers the phone and makes the appointments and schedules and buys supplies and does the books and..oh yeah, does the work. He worked all day for us and did several different things and did a good job and I'll hire him again when I need something done. If he doesn't return your call the first time (or maybe the second) call back.

I can not answer this question since he found it "appropriate" to just go dark. Not a good business practice.

This provider missed our first appointment and expressed his apology which we accepted and rescheduled the day he would start he was prompt efficient, thorough and professional. A great communicator who explained the needs of materials, went and got materials, fixed everything we contracted to do and stayed with his initial quote. I found him to be reliable, efficient and left the job site clean, Wow we really appreciated that.

The iron rail looks great and the step that was cemented looks great. I was very pleased with Toms work and he's a nice person too.. A big improvement in how the front looks.

Called on Sunday. Told me $50.00 an hour. I started to say I would ask my husband, before I could finish, he hung up on me. He didn't try to call me back! He asked me how long the job would take, I wasn't sure. I do not think he wanted the job. he was very gruff. Called back late Monday, sounded a lot nicer. Said his phone died on Sunday. I guess it took a long time to charge. If I was a business owner, I would make sure I called the customer back ASAP so they wouldn't think I just hung up on them.

Tom is great! He's here when he says he's going to be here. He did all the jobs I asked him to do and a few more that I added when he showed up. He nice to be around, charges very fairly, and his work is excellent. I've referred him to many personal customers.

Everything went exceedingly well. He was prompt, cleaned up each day, and was very rpofessional.

He was excellent in all areas. He offered suggestions on how to do the requested work that was insightful and was very helpful. We have arranged to have him come back to do more around the house. We have seldom found workers of such high caliber.

I like him. He is competent, charged me a fair price and polite. He is meticulous and does a good job.

Never even had the courtesy to return my calls. I called twice in early October. He never called back. Decided to try again late November because of positive reviews. Total waste of my time as once again he never returned my calls. I will not waste my time further. Hard to imagine how someone can stay in business with such an attitude.

Everything went great. He was punctual, respectful, knowledgable, and responsible. I would recommend him.

He does really good work and his pricing is excellent. If i need work around the home, he is the fist person I call. He is ethical, does what he says he will and doesn't overcharge.

Tom left a message on my phone with a price and what he was going to do. I tried to call him back twice to ask a question and to schedule the work. I finally realized he was not going to call back and we called someone else to do it. If he did not want to do the work he could have told us before he ever came out and it would not have wasted our time or his.

I had an okay experience with him. The job was fine. He did what I asked him to.

My niece purchased a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo which she rents to her sister and her nephew. All of the closets were totally empty, no shelves or clothes rods. Tom installed two high-end closet kits, lowered a bed frame, installed curtain rods and hung curtains, repaired the living room venetian blinds which had fallen off the wall, hung pictures, repaired a sliding glass door, built and painted pantry shelves in the kitchen and installed fluorescent lights under the cabinets. In the nephew's bedroom, he built and installed a computer nook with shelves in part of the bedroom closet to save space. He installed medicine cabinets, towel hooks and racks in both bathrooms. Installed a peek hole in the front door. Then we called him back and he installed a screen door at the front entrance. Tom did so much work, and at all times was professional and caring. Eager to give advice that would save us money. This is the second and third time I have used him. Just a good carpenter, painter and handyman!
