He even went to the island by boat before the bridge was operable to investigate and evaluate our significant property damage after Hurricane Ian. We had both a WIND claim and a FLOOD claim. Our Wind carrier didn't want to pay as they were blaming most of the damage on the Flood. Jeffrey was able to pin them down and force them to be reasonable, ultimately through the appraisal process. He kept telling us to trust his process and only judge him after the end result. It was a lot more difficult than it should've been, but he and his team Got Results!!
