They did a wonderful job both Matt and guy that did the job were very nice and professional. I had two other companies come out one said they couldn't rescreen my patio (he didn't even look at it) and the other wanted twice as much. Excellent job. They were the first to respond to the inquiry, showed up on time for both the quote and to do the actual work. They cleaned up the area after they were finished including skimming off the leaves which fell into the pool. Total cost around $2,500.

Wonderful experience. Competetive price and great work. They pressure washed my cage, replaced the door hardware (handles/latches, sweeps and closers), and replaced the anchor screws. They were friendly and fast - done in a couple hours.

I had an appointment but had to cancel a few hours before the appointment time. I tried calling the company but got voicemail. I sent an email explaining the situation but never heard back. My email was never acknowledged and as it turned out I was home at the appointed time, but no one ever came.

These guys are one of the best by far, you paid according to what you need done. I needed all the screens redone and the price was perfect for us and we would recommend them. Came early and finished by mid noon. Excellent! To begin, Mark was punctual. After showing him the screen panel to be replaced, I asked if it would not be too much of a problem to give me a quote for the entire patio. He said, "No problem at all; I can have that for you in just a few minutes." After getting the quote, I decided to have all the screens replaced, but I was not sure if Mark would be able to at that time. Mark called Matt, the owner, and they were able to juggle their schedule to accommodate the longer time needed for a complete installation. In minutes, Mark was clearing the area and began to get his tools and materials. From time to time I would check to see how Mark was doing. He was very organized, took care and pride in his work, and protected our patio furniture as if it was his own. Note: He laid all the old screens and scraps in one neat pile for easy clean-up. After Mark completed the job, I checked his work. The screens looked as beautiful as they did when I first moved in twelve years ago. While Mark was collecting his materials and cleaning the area, I texted my next door neighbor my quote and Superior Rescreening's business card. He asked, "When are you getting that done. I said, "I just did." Mark was done in less than an hour; my neighbor didn't even notice. Mark was very punctual, responsive, productive, and professional. What more could you ask for? He showed up to give an estimate. After contacting others a getting no response I was getting annoyed. Gave the estimate and was able to do the work the same day. We are very pleased with the work and timely response.

Most everything was done very well. However there was Quite a lot of debris/leaves left in the pool. More importantly, one set of door hardware fell off almost immediately. I have asked them to come replace it as the door will not stay shut and they told me they can’t get here until July 19. They offer a 2 year guarantee on their work.

The entire process was very professional. Matt and I communicated via email. I sent him screen measurements and he was able to give an estimate by email. His responses to my questions were always prompt and within 24 hrs. He scheduled the repair and showed up on time. The repair was completed in approx. 1/2 hr. Definitely would recommend this company.

They were great. Responded quickly to my inquiry, scheduled work for 2 days later. Showed up on time, crew quickly did the repair, cleaned up after themselves and left in less than an hour. I thought I needed another panel replaced but when they looked at it they told me it was fine and no need to replace. Price was very fair. Will definitely use them again when needed.

Superior Rescreening was the contractor we dealt with to paint and rescreen our pool cage. We have a fairly large pool cage, and it is over twenty years old. They did the work, and we are very impressed. The pool cage looks brand new. It took three days of work to remove old screens, pressure wash, prime, paint, rescreen and put on new hardwarr. Start to finish one week time. They communicated via text with my wife primarily.

Matt the owner met us in December to give us a quote. He was very straightforward which I appreciate. Due to Hurricane Irma, they were very busy and couldn't come and do the job until March. It was worth the wait, his team showed up early and got to work right away. We did the complete package, had all the rusted screws and tapcons replaced. What a difference, the pool cage looks brand new. They arrived around 8am and were done a little after 1pm, They cleaned up any debris, including making sure no screws etc. had fallen into the pool. We would definitely hire them again.

We went with a complete rescreen because of the extent of the damage and age of the surviving panels. Post hurricane, there was some delay because of the backlog, but the job was done on the day scheduled. I was kept informed, wasn't asked to pay until the work was completed and approved. The work looks great. I hope not to need it, but will definitely use Matt's company if another hurricane comes.
