+ 0 moreAt the beginning every thing went very well, very professional! The result were good and the responsiveness was very good. But 3 month after the work was done the flooring in the living room came up. I called many times, wrote email, no reaction at all! Thats in my opinion a no go! Wouldn't work again with this company!!

+ 0 moreMark came out to measure and quote the work. He was professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and didn't try to talk us into another direction. We later asked him to await our research into other types of coverings, and he was patient as we took several more days to decide on what we wanted. When we informed him he worked to get going within 3 days since he knew we were anxious to get back to our other home up North. His installer was very good and kept us informed of what was happening and suggested a change to the tile pattern that was very attractive and enhanced the appearance of the kitchen and foyer. We would definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: Removed existing carpet in the entire condo and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and foyer and installed new carpet and ceramic tile.

Description of Work: Spectrum tiled our backsplash with glass tile. We had already had a section of the same glass tile over our stove top and decided to continue the glass around the kitchen and under our cabinets. I contacted Mark at Spectrum and he responded quickly. We set up a time for him to come out and see our project and scheduled it to be done. The gentlemen, Scott, who did the actual work did an excellent job. He seamlessly added the new tile and we are very pleased with the work that was done. Scott took his time to make sure it was done correctly and well. Mark was extremely helpful and we would definitely contact/hire them again for future projects and recommend them to our friends. It was a pleasure to have a job done well, people show up when they say they will and for things to go smoothly. Thanks!

+ 0 moreHe was on time and worked constantly, very neat and left the condo very clean. The tiles were very large and they were set tightly as we requested. There was a need for lots of leveling between the rooms and that was done to perfection. We are very happy with the results and would do it again. The price was rather high, but the quality more than made up for the price.
Description of Work: Tiled our condo with 24" tiles, and it is beautiful!!!

+ -1 moreI have used this company in the past and each time the exceed my expectations. The woman in the office was friendly and gave me a very quick appt as I had family coming into town. The gentelman that showed up to do the flooring was a different man than before but was just as polite and efficent. He was very knowlegable about the flooring and did an amazing job. I couldnt be happier with the way it turned out. Its clear this company hires the best. I plan to have the flooring in my bathrooms done at the end of the year and I will use this company again for the third time. I highly recommend Spectrum Installations :)

+ 0 moreSpectrum installation provided outstanding customer service. The scheduling process of the installation was very smooth, they worked around my work schedule to accommodate me. The installer called to confirm he was on his way the morning of the appt and showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was friendly and professional the entire time he was at my home. The installer worked quickly and proficient to complete the job timely. I was very pleased with the work and i love my new carpet. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone interested in having any flooring installed to use Spectrum Installations. I plan to use Spectrum for all of my future flooring.

+ 0 moreThe installer were on time:) they covered the areas (Carpet) that were not being installed . Installer are polite . Mark let us know us know exactly how the install was going to be done and how long it would take . also that the tile install mortar takes 24 hrs dry before they will finish the install with the grout. My friends and family that have come to see us love the way the tile looks and will be getting work done from Spectrum:) I"m sure Spectrum will be installing my carpet on my next house project .
