+ -1 moreSpecialty Air's technician returned my phone within minutes and was on site in 1 hour. The tech determined that the capacitor failed. It was replaced and the cool air started flowing again. Amazing fast response. This was the third good experience with Specialty Air's people. They always perform good work on my aged AC unit to keep it running. They will get the call when replacement time comes.
Description of Work: Air conditioner stopped running/cooling on Sunday morning in July.

+ -1 moreThey're the only A/C company that has permission to go up on our roof. So, that's quite an honor, unsupervised. Everything they do is an 'A' or they wouldn't have been recommended. I'm on the board, so that's why I know. We chose them based on all of the things that you would ask.
