Trevor who was technician that serviced our ac unit was excellent. He was professional and very informative.

He showed me the parts that needed to be serviced and clean. He took time for me to understand why the work needed to be done. I felt assured after I met him and talked to him, believe me I was cautious after a prior bad situation. He gave me a book showing the parts cost and the guarantee He was honest and reassuring on any questions I ask.

Service person was very knowledgeable. Explained options clearly. Harry came out to my house on a Sunday evening because of an emergency. He did not rush, but was very meticulous about what he was doing.

Doug was professional and courteous. He was patient with us and all of our questions. He serviced our AC unit. He spent at least an hour and a half on the unit. It was better than new when he was done. I will hire them again when the time comes again for service.

They called and came over so fast.I should of seen it coming.Told me on the phone it was free to come over.He was going to wave the $69.00 fee , because I contacted them online.He came over flicked my circuit breaker.It came on .He wanted $69.00. Never looked or serviced the unit after he got it started.Said he would come back next week.Has a lot to do.My AC cut back off.Now I'm right back where I started.I spent my day focused on getting my AC fixed.They don't know why I'm upset.They say it's against the law to cancel a check.I said it aught to be against the law to charge people after you say there's no charge.What did I get but ripped off.I didn't get a receipt yet either.

I have used One Hour for approximately five years at two different locations and have never been disappointed with their service.Their people are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

We had a repair completed in August by another air conditioning company. They recommended a repair that would have cost an additional $3,100. After 3 phone calls to the other company and no response, we received a flyer in the mail for Southern Comfort One Hour. We contacted Southern Comfort One Hour and agreed to a maintenance contract. The technician recommended we consider a new air conditioner. We agreed and the meeting with their sales professional was great. He offered a system with a great warranty, efficiency rating, and air cleaning system (Both my wife and I have allergies). In addition, the price of the system was a great value and they installed it the next day! The installers noted some inefficiencies in the duct-work of the old system and corrected them to improve the airflow of the new installation. Great work and very professional staff.

They installed our a/c when the house was built and have serviced it ever since. They have helped lengthen the life of our system. Every tech has been awesome, don't sell you what you don't need and this winter when we look at a new system they will be our first call. Comfort club is a great value,

All went well, though the inspectors required by city authorities still have not certified anything. Kick some butt at North Port city hall.
