+ -1 moreWhen you purchase it, they charge you double what they said they would and only give you the trial version of the software. When you call the number and attempt to aquire a refund, you are transfered to what seems like a collection agency.
Description of Work: I purchased an anti-virus software for my daughters computer through software-hq.net.
