+ -1 moreRob did an excellent job and checked out all details of issues on air conditioner. Explained things clearly that were wrong -3 different items-and made recommendations for replacement. Have to wait for owner to make further estimates (on Vacation) Seemed very knowledgeable and conscientious Would use again and possibly for replacement depending on quote
