Lousy customer service, called for service and was told it would be 3 weeks out, we called back numerous times, our messages were never returned. I would not recommend using this company. They are a crappy company

VERY,VERY BAD. Workers installed incorrectly, they were throughout our home for over eight hours .Left entry level rear window and door unlocked. Two days later thieves entered through this window and stole our electronics, jewelry,bicycle,luggage,bath toiletries and a 7ft silk ficus plant .. Owner misidentified workers present at our home and provided false information to police investigators. Owner stated the company had installed screens in other homes in our community -which turned out to be false. I am appalled and amazed that this company is still in business.

It is very hard to find a contractor willing to both paint and rescreen a lanai. Michael from Screens Now came out and gave us a quote that included painting and rescreening that was very competitive. He contracted with the painter and made sure we were satisfied with the job he did. The painter was extremely helpful, never missed an appointment and offered good suggestions. On the day he was supposed to start it rained and he even showed up to explain he wouldn't be able to paint but would return the next day. There were a few spots that needed touching up and he was happy to do it. The crew that did the rescreening also came out when scheduled. The quality of the work was fine, although they had to come back to hang the downspouts. The only reason I marked them down slightly on professionalism was due to the rather salty language they used as they worked, although they were young and probably didn't know I could hear them. We had a problem with one of the doors closing, but Mike sent them back with new hinges at no additional charge even though there was no evidence the problem was the result of anything his workers had done. There is still a minor issue with paint peeling on the door, but Mike has agreed to replace the door at a very good price if we feel it is necessary. . We are thrilled with the way the lanai looks and are very satisfied with Screens Now. We would definitely recommend them.

Came out and gave us a bid to repair torn and loose screens on pool cage on Friday. The technician was very nice and gave us a reasonable bid and said he would come the next day to do the work. He did not show up, I called and he said he was stuck at another job and would come the next day. The next day he did not show up and did not answer his phone. I left multiple messages and calls not returned. I contacted the main number on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) and the owner said he would call the tech and get back to us. Owner called back and said the tech had " thrown out his back, but he was going tho get an adjustment" and would be there the next day. A no show the next day and now the owner is not returning calls.

They were responsive and reasonably priced. I have had no issues since this service was provided.

They were very responsive and I thought the price was reasonable. I had them come back in and do additional panels. I would recommend them, but the next time I have them out I am going to have them replace every panel that has not been replaced because I have to pay a service charge as well as the price of the panels each time they come out.

Company employees left entry level window unlocked and 2 days later thieves gained entry through that window and burglarized our home. Details of the burglary indicate "insider" knowledge of both our belongings and whereabouts.

They did a very good job. They were the lowest of three estimates I got, and they did excellent work. They were straightforward and honest.
