The guy was 1 hour late. And, when he finally did show up he wanted me to tell HIM how the screens worked. So, I asked him to come inside and check, and still he didnt give me his name. So I now ask him to give me his name, and put booties on. He refuses and leaves. ***? NO job done. All the people at the company were sticking up for him when I called to complain, like Danielle and Bethany. They were pretty much saying this a-hole was right and I was wrong??? Guess nepotism works that way.. Dear Sabrina he is your managers cousin...with only 4 months on the job. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Sam did a good job cleaning the windows and screens. However we have only 7 windows and 2 sets of patio sliders and he was here for 5 hours and spent much of his time on his cell phone! I had to cancel plans for the afternoon because of his delay in arriving and the excessive amount of time it took him to complete the task. I have 35 large windows plus transoms in our home in Indiana and our window cleaner there takes 1.5 hours to complete the task - that includes climbing a tall ladder to reach the windows!! So the time it took Sam to clean the few windows in our FL home was unacceptable. A manager needs to review Sam's time management while on appiintments.

Normally the results are beautiful but this time I felt the windows were not that clean and sparkly.

I have used Sabrina's several times and been very happy. This past service was to wash the windows and they did a good job. However, I believe it is very simple to leave things like you find them on a customer's property. This did not occur. 1 - my back yard gate was left wide open and when we let my 14 year old dog out, he did not return and we found him roaming the street in our neighborhood. 2 - they used our outside water facet which is setup up with a hose on one side and an automatic watering system on the other. The whole faucet was turned off and when we returned from our vacation all of our plants in pots were dead. $60.00 later, I have newly planted pots. I did due diligence and called to advise that I probably would not use the again and the nice woman on the phone did apologize.

This is a great service. I had a home remodeling going on and forgot the timing of the offer. Shawn at Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning called me to remind me that I only had a month left on the offer. Her rep showed up on time and let me know that cleaning the screens were included in the offer which was a surprise. I'm truly sorry I don't remember the gentleman's name who did the job, but he was very nice and efficiently completed the work. I would definitely hire them again. There aren't enough positive words to describe my experience.

The wanted $70 more dollars after they reviewed my house. Did the work and then complained that they did not charge was enough. the wanted $ 230 next time. There time washing windows was 2 hrs. which means they want over $100 per hour for work. I will go some place else next time.

Surprised that they sent only one worker and he did not realize that we, also wanted blinds cleaned. Thus, he seemed rushed.

We used Sabrina's previously for pressure washing and for window cleaning. They did a beautiful job on the windows and were very reasonable. The pressure washing for the driveway went well also and reasonable in price. This time we decided to hire them again for pressure washing our driveway, sidewalks and gutters. We were scheduled for early afternoon. The technician text us saying he was delayed which was understandable at this time of the year but it kept getting later and later to the point where I said it was going to be too dark to do the job. When he finally arrived he quoted us an astronomical price so we refused the service. The technician was very nice but left us disappointed.

It didn't. Although the promotion referred to "24 standard windows," when the technician came out, I was told a standard window to them is one pane of a double hung window. Therefore, instead of 24 windows, they will only do 12 double hung windows. Who wants only part of their windows done? Buyer beware.

Very disappointed in this company. I read great reviews on both NextDoor and Home Advisor. I asked not once but twice what the service included. They told me cleaning the window tracks were included. After the service tech left, the tracks were still filthy. He only quickly ran a cloth on the outside - not inside. When cleaning the inside, he didn't even open the windows to look at the tracks. The technician even complained about the condition of my windows. Yes, they are older but he was just stating the obvious. When I called the company to complain, the phone taker just said they just run a cloth through. However, that is not what the original person on the phone who took my order stated. Now I have to have a 4 hour window for them to come back. This was not worth what I paid.

The windows looked clean the day that they were done but noticed streaks a day later. It's like they needed to buff one more time to dry everything off. They worked very hard and were all business. They were neet and nothing was left behind.

Two men arrived on time - and set a record for washing windows - gone in less than an hour and a half. The next day, when we could see the windows with sunlight on them, many streaks and missed areas. I asked if they would clean window tracks - said yes but did not do. Was quoted $189 (what I paid the last time I used them), charged $269. Guy said only external was $189 - but company knew we needed inside and out - so not happy. And they missed a couple of windows - in garage - which I specifically pointed out to them and told them I had unlocked door so they could get in. Overall, pretty disappointed.

Sabrina's did a great job communicating and they performed the work in a timely and professional manner. I would surely call them again for this project!

I was very impressed with them calling back out of the blue to make sure I was satisfied. I was very happy with the service but it had been one window that was bothering me and she said I should have called her but I did not want to bother them over 1 window. She said it was fine and wanted me to be happy and she would send someone out to clean that window again. They had an excellent follow through.

They do a good satisfactory job, the people are nice and professional, very pleasant. The only negative is that once they have your name you will get many unwanted phone calls. Advised last caller that if my name was not put on a no call list I would not use their services again. I have asked several times not to be called, I will call when I need the service. Other than annoying calls a good service.

Did not hire. Company has policy of not giving phone quotes, must schedule a week or more out to have a quote done on site. I spent CONSIDERABLE time gathering exact window dimensions putting the information into a spreadsheet indicating exact total square footage, number of windows, number of srceens, if windows were double hung vs. single pane, along with dimensions of all windows. Company not interested in this information, policy is to review on site.
