I was informed the day before that my team was coming in the morning. I was called in the morning to be informed they would arrive within fifteen minutes. The workers were professional and polite and worked very diligently.

Contacted Sabrina's via the website and was called back very timely. We were able to scheduled a technician at a convenient time. There was a lot of work to do and it took them two days to complete the job. They pressured washed all the wood around our home, all tile porches, all pavers around pool, all sidewalks and driveway. They all cleaned all our windows both inside and out. They did a great job and I recommend them. We will use them again.

Single worker arrived late due to the fact that his previous job took longer than expected. He was not equipped to adequately clean the windows of our 2nd story condo. Darkness fell shortly after he finished, so we could not see smudges on most of the windows until the next day. He could not reach the upper part of most of the windows, and this should not have been a problem.

The service technician was very polite and friendly and called a number of times to keep me updated on his ETA (which I appreciated). He did work hard to clean the windows, but after a number of times of me asking if he was going to clean the tracks, they were not clean to my expectations. They were very dirty to begin with, and he basically wiped once or twice just moving the dirt from one side to the other. The windows look great, screens were ok, but the tracks are still very, very dirty.

To be honest we didn't think the windows were too bad until the post cleaning difference was astounding..The young guy assigned to job was punctionable,properly equipped,organized and self motivated..A great job and very pleased.

Very expeditiously, in every respect. The company called almost as soon as I indicated on Angie's List that I was looking for a firm that cleans windows. They were able to schedule the job quite quickly, as well. The job was very good, not quite perfect...but perfect would have probably taken twice as much time, and we are not willing to pay for that kind of perfection, quite frankly! But, I am very fussy, as well, so to rate a job "excellent" (A), the job would have to be FLAWLESS. It was just slightly less than flawless.

The person who did the work was expeditious, fairly thorough, and very congenial.

A couple of places were needed to do over but not bad. I took a razor blade to the paint splatters and 'bug droppings' since the washers would not perform this citing it may ruin the film on the windows.

I have used this company several times and have been pleased each time. I have also referred them to other customers who have been happy as well.

We have a 2-story house with 37 windows, some of which are not easily reached. They've never looked so good. The gentlemen were here when agreed upon, they were courteous, very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what could and could not be done, how they would go about it, the estimated time it would take to do the job and how the cost was determined. They did an excellent job on the windows and screens, also wiped out the tracks and ledges of windows. There are NO streaks! After several days of hard rain, they still look great! They pointed out one window pane that was starting to fog - we have double paned windows and had known this was the case but appreciated their noticing and reporting it to us. Our driveway (approx. 300 sq. ft.) is old but looks great since they worked on it. Have not seen it so clean in years even though it has been pressure washed by others. The patio (approx. 175 sq. ft.) also turned out great. They were very careful to not pressure wash the steps and wall adjacent to the patio that we requested they not do. They finished in almost the exact time they had estimated. We have had these jobs done before for a lower price, but the jobs were not done nearly as well, and we were often disappointed with the results. Such was not the case with the job done by the gentlemen from Sabrina'a Gulf Coast. We are very pleased and think we definitely got our money's worth. We will be using them again. We would definitely recommend Sabrina's Gulf Coast to our friends and neighbors.

We made our appointment with Michelle at Sabrina's and she called a couple of days ahead to confirm the appointment. The young man (Chris) showed up right on schedule, explained everything he was going to do and confirmed the price. We discussed a couple of problem windows and he went to work. Approximately two hours later, he was done and we have LOTS of windows. Chris was extremely polite, professionally attired, had all his tools/supplies organized on a large tool belt and did a terrific job. We've used other window cleaning services in the past but will be calling only Sabrina's in the future. They provided a professional, efficient service at a reasonable price.
