The person was very nice and professional. He was very clean and not a single mess was made, given the fact that he had to use water to clean the windows, he did fantastic.

The guy that finally came out was just trying to charge more and more money for everything so I sent him away.

I was a little hesitant about getting this service as we have never hired anyone to clean our windows before....but I was pleasantly surprised. He arrived on time and got right to work. It was one gentleman and he did a great job. The difference was really amazing. I will use this service again. For the money spent, you get a lot of "bang for the buck." I will not wait this long again to get them cleaned. He recommended every six months. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering needing window cleaning. For what I paid, it was definitely worth the money.

The work was performed by Gabe who did an outstanding job. He was on time, polite and did a great job on the windows. A real asset to this company.

Although the young man was extremely polite and on-tim he seemed to be in a hurry. All windows were cleaned yet no screens were taken down or washed nor were any tracks cleaned. The 3 French doors that I paid an extra $30 for were very streaked and none of the corners were cleaned at all. On the phone I had been quoted an additional $79 for my sunroom vinyl Windows, he said it would be $150, so I decided to not have them done, The price for the 24 Windows was very fair, but I was not impressed by the quality of the work.

Sabrina's workers showed up on time with all equipment needed to do a great job and they did just that. That evening when the setting sun shone through the sliders there was not a streak to be seen, Both people on the team knew their stuff and did an excellent job.

Erich did a great job! Windows were very dirty since I am handicapped & can not do them myself. It might have been a couple of years since last cleaning.

Wish every experience I had with Angie's List providers went this smoothly. Michael and Leah of Sabrina's Window Cleaning arrived right on time (Michael even called to let us know they were on the way to our home -- First Class Service) and fastidiously cleaned each and every window in our two story home. Michael and Leah are extremely conscientious about their work and it shows -- they did not rush and took their time to make sure that the windows were "Crystal Clear" When they finished -- the windows looked brand new. I was contacted by Sabrina's window cleaning the day after my coupon purchase and was able to arrange service for the following day, 2/5/16. I had an appointment for between 8-9am. I received a call shortly after 8am, notifying me of some traffic, and the ETA would be closer to 9:15. The service rep arrived at 9:13, promptly removed his shoes before entering, and did a walk-through of the house. I have 4 sets of glass sliding doors, 1 of them triple sliders. I also have 2 high arches above 2 of the windows, as well as another arch above my double glass front doors. He gave me a price of an additional $60 for these items, which I thought was fair. I have paid at least $50 more for this on multiple occasions in the past, and did not include the screens or panes. All windows were cleaned inside and out, window panes, tracks and screens were cleaned as well. The rep was polite, professional, and efficient throughout. I would definitely recommend and use Sabrina's window cleaning services again in the future. Thank you!

It went well and it was a few months ago so my knowledge of price is sketchy. But a double hung window was counted as 2 windows so the price I thought we'd pay was quite a bit different from actual cost. that was a bummer. But, I was ready for it to be done so we went forward with it. We have had other window cleaners who counted windows in a more normal manner. The quality was good and he was attentive to detail.

From the moment I purchased the service, everything went very well! First, I was contacted by Tonya immediately! And she was able to get me scheduled within a couple days. Greg arrived on time and prepared to do the job. Greg and Josh worked quickly but the job was done perfectly. Next time my windows need cleaning, I will be requesting Greg again.

I am sure it is difficult for you to control your vendors from so far away. However, this company does not seem to live up to the quality which you represent.

Actual service was great, and the office was always very prompt and courteous when scheduling. They also accommodated my requests to move the original date due to illness. However, the actual workmen called twice 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive to say they couldn't come. This was not the end of the world for me, as I work from home, but might be more impactful for others. Once the workman actually arrived, he did a fine job in a reasonable time for the amount agreed.

The provider did a good job. He arrived on time and equipped to do the job. We signed up for $119 for 24 windows. We have more than 24 windows approximately 42. We were charged an additional $139 for extra windows. In my mind. logically, the up charge should not have been more than and additional $119. ( 24 vs. 48, actually 42 +/-). The service was provide by a presume a subcontractor to Sabrina's as his vehicle had a magnetic sign attached to his service vehicle.

Wonderful! I took them about 1 1/2 hours to clean all the windows and they cleaned all of them. They were on time, actually they were early to do the work. Judy was wonderful from Sabrina's. She came with a gentlemen who worked with her and he did the windows from outside of the house. We'll definitely call them again and we have the sparkliest windows in the neighborhood. We are in a new development and they are still building so the windows were pretty bad. We'll definitely recommend them and call them again. On time, reasonable cost, wonderful job!

Timely, professional and a great job!

The window cleaning was good. But they didn't replace the screens adequately. They were older screens. So they weren't easy. They didn't replace them, I had to put them all back in myself. Everything else was fine. It didn't cost more. They were quick.

I used Sabrina's Window Cleaning Service in 2014. Although I was satisfied with the service, I would never recommend or use them again. They call me approximately every 10 days and I no longer answer when I see a "Bradenton" telephone number I do not recognize. I then do an internet search for the number (and there is more than one) and it is always Sabrina's

1. Arrived on time. 2. Cleaned outside lanai slider windows which were less than six inches behind a large screen enclosure. Difficult work. 3. Finished all windows in several hours. 5. Quality of work was excellent.
