Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning

Fantastic job...Windows came out better than when they were new! You could see the sparkle when you turned the corner onto our street! Very professional job.

They did a good job, but I underestimate the number of windows that would be covered. It only seemed to mean encasement windows (large three pane window). They should be a little more realistic in how they determine pricing and what constitutes a window in the future.

The window cleaner Ferenc (Frank) did an absolutely wonderful job with the windows and screen ...They positively sparkled. The screens were so clean, it does not look as if there are screens in the windows!!! His work was far superior to all other window cleaners! He was courteous, prompt, and obviously knew his job. I would use this company again without reservation.

Subcontract was nice but the additional power washing he quoted was over priced.

I called 4/14/2016 and spoke to a woman and told her that I needed someone to come out and look at approximately 70 feet of sliding glass doors that I need cleaned inside and out and additionally, approximately 75 feet of gutters that needed cleaning out. She asked if today, Monday the 18th was a good day for them to come out for the purpose of an estimate and I answered that yes, it was fine to come the 18th. I explained that no one would be home but that access was not an issue and they could call me if they had any questions regarding the job before providing me with a quote. I saw no evidence that anyone had been here upon my arrival home after work, so I called the same number and a man answered this time. I explained that they were to be out today for the estimate and I wondered if they made it and when I might hear back with a price. He said "We don't make appointments to give estimates because we can't make any money that way. We come by to price the job when we're already scheduled in the area for another job." I told him that in fact I had made an appointment for today, with the lady I spoke with last Thursday. I explained that I spoke to the woman for about ten minutes regarding the job and she never mentioned that they would only come do the estimate if they happened to be in the area and further, how can I hire them if I can't get a price? He said "That's not what we do, we close at five and if I want to speak to someone about it, call back in the morning when the receptionist is in." I was stunned at his rude tone. So much so, that I called back to get his name and find out if this was the owner. He answered, I identified myself again and asked his name and if he was the owner. He said his name was Peter and he was not the owner. I told him I called back because I was shocked that he was so rude to me when all I was trying to do was schedule for the estimate and that I do understand that sometimes things happen and don't go as planned. I was actually trying to smooth things over but he wasn't having it. He actually told me that I was the rude one and they don't make appointments for estimates so I couldn't have had an appointment. He accused me of telling him how to do business and then he hung up on me!

The guy that was here had only been working with them a couple of days, so he wasn't sure what he was allowed to do or not allowed to do. That was a little weird. I think the price is fair. They are very responsive. They came when they said they were going to come, and they did what they were supposed to do. The second guy was not all that professional. He didn't know what to do and he didn't know the scope of the work. I like Sabrina's they are nice people.

Took a looong time. We used this provider in the past with excellent results, this time not so much. Worker said he was new, seemed eager to please and worked hard but results were not the best. Really annoyed that he promised to return the next day to do the ceiling fans and did not show up ever again.

Did an excellent job of cleaning windows and screens.

It turned out fine. They did great job, and the people that they sent out were wonderful. I have used Sabrina's twice. My only complaint was that it doesn't specify on the ad the definition of a window. When they get to your house, they look at your window and say that is not considered a window, that is considered 3 windows, so you have to go through all these negotiations with the people who are just there to do the work. It puts them in an awkward position that they have to explain to you what the perimeters of what a window is, and then you have to negotiate for a final price and how much it is going to cost you for the specified number of windows. That is my only complaint and it happened both times. They need to specify on the ad what constitutes "a window". The people who do the work are fantastic, but the little negotiation is more like a used car lot. They are very reasonable, 3 people come to do the work. They are very good in negotiating something that is reasonable, and it puts them and me in an awkward position. I would use them again because I am very happy with everything except I don't know what constitutes a window.

very pleasant people. but I didn't like him not putting things back. he took off my hoses to use water. and didn't put back the hose timer which is not easy to get back on. and he also did the pool cage which he washed some of the black stuff into my pool and made it dirty it was from the edges of the pool cage. when I hose my floor I guide it to go out the door so it doesn't go in my pool I would probably have them again but I would stress I like things put back like they were. maybe I am just too fussy the lady did a good job. no complaints. it was originally just 100.07 dollars for windows . that had been paid on line to credit card and I paid the extra 509,00 with check. so total cost was 600.14 dollars. which now when I see it on paper seems like a lot for what I had done. I have a 1200 sq. ft home one story I think I would check around next time to see just what costs would be for that kind if service I had.

I was quite concerned when only one man showed up (on time!)....but when he had finished the job, inside and out, glass gleaming, I realized they had sent "superman"! And the screens were cleaned as well. I am a fanatic about time. I applaud punctuality, and rarely find it in service providers. "Superman" was on time and got right to work and had us sparkling within two hours. We received excellent value for the money spent!

Derrick was a perfect gentleman. Answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. He did an excellent job.

Greg arrived as scheduled, quickly got to work. Pleasantly surprised that it took less time than I expected. Things moved to get to windows were put back. Windows look great. Greg was efficient and professional. I got my money's worth.

Very prompt response to schedule following deal purchase. Have a small home which was confirmed by representative scheduling appointment. Service tech that showed up to do the gutter cleaning made it sound that my gutters were much more difficult to clean but if I added power washing for $150 more he'd be able to get them done well. I declined the additional service especially since the leaf and pollen season was upcoming. He did not clean one major area that I ended up blowing clear with a leaf blower myself.

He arrived in the time frame that was given. He performed the job in approximately 1 1/2 hr. Everything is sparkling clean. Two windows had internal defective spots so he couldn't get them out. Otherwise everything was spotless.

Very professional. It was not clear that speciality windows were not included in the price, however they honored the price as I only had one.

It went well. I had to show the tech how to remove the screens on the inside of the windows, but once that was done he really moved through the job. When we saw how quickly he finished the job, (did not remove all of paint overspray or a few labels that were not part of his work scope, so he does not get points for going over and above), we realized he was working for almost $100 per hour. But still worth it, all things considered.

It was great, fine. They came out quick. We paid a little more since we had more windows. No complaints at all. This is the second time we used them.

It was great, it was fine. They were here February first of 2016. I paid more than the big deal price because I had more windows. I wasn't there but my wife took care of it and she's not here right now.

Arrived on time. Called to let us know he was on the way. Explained what he would be doing. Had bought a deal off Angie's List, and had a few more Windows than the deal covered. He gave the price to finish the extra Windows. It was a good deal. He also cleaned two mirrors and two ceiling fans. Did a great job.
