Window washer immediately started complaining about specialty windows & amount of time he was allowed, also about how dirty the windos were (husband told him that is why we hired a professional). After he left in a hurry, discovered the following: 1. Our hose that he used not put away, still spread out on driveway 2. Patio enclosure door left open 3. Front door wreath holder broken 4. Clorox &spray bottle he borrowed left outside 5. Coke & water bottles left all over - 2on patio, 1 on deck, 1 rolling on driveway 6. Living rm and patio furniture moved and not put back. 7. Sun catcher in fam rm window came down, was left on top of valance 8. Most windowsills not even wiped. 9. Left his dirty rag out back. During the time he was here, kept complaining about how dirty our windows were, how many specialty windows we had, how he was supposed to be in Tampa and was late, etc. Second time I have used Sabrina's. First time I had two screen bent out of shape and had to replace. Never again for me although my neighbor has had no problems.

Great job. I paid a little extra to get paint and stucco scraped from windows from new construction, but it was worth it.

I was quoted a price of $119 to $149. When the cleaners came to my home they gave me a price of $289!!!!! Bait & Switch? I think so. I would never use or recommend Sabrina's. When I spoke with the owner, Frank Sweeney, he said he can't please everyone and that I was given a ball park price. The words "ball park" were not said to me, I was told it would be between $119 and $149. I do not think $289 is in that ball park.

Very well. The window-washer was right on time. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very congenial. I definitely plan to use them again in the future.

This was a big deal purchase. It was so/so. They only sent one person out and I felt bad for him. I will say I will not have them back. I just wish they would have sent two people. I have, like, 15-16 windows and two stories so it is quite a big project. It took quite a long time to get it done. It was a lot for one person to do. It is not his fault, but it just was a lot. There was a lot that he couldn't do. He couldn't do the windows because he could not get outside to do them. I did not pay anything extra. They came out about a week after I got the deal. It was a good deal but there was a lot that he could not do because he did not have the equipment to do it. They could have sent a ladder because I told them I had tall windows. Other than that he did good.

Sabrina's did a great job. Windows are spotless, Pool cage and gutters are clean. Very thorough. Would recommend.

The service was okay. My only concern is that when they quote for a window, they are only quoting half the window. Nobody has just one little window. It is one whole block at least so it is really double of what they quote. That was my biggest concern. Other than that, they were on time and they did a good job, but cost is primary in these days. It was a little misleading. Other than that, they were good. The Special was $119 and I think I spent at least that much more.

The cleaner came out at a moment's notice and did a terrific job. The windows were sparking afterwards. Would use them again.

I wasn't here, but my brother was. He was not overly enthusiastic about them. I think they wanted to charge us more for the sliding glass doors and I thought it was included with the package. I am not sure that their package is spelled out exactly as to what they did. The other thing that was interesting is that this was a group of women and my brother was here, and it was like they didn't trust my brother and it's usually the other way around. I think it was a little uncomfortable. The price was great though, that is why I did it. Just thought it was kind of different because on the phone with the gal that does the booking, she was very knowledgeable and when they got here I don't think they did everything that had been discussed. They came out as soon as I wanted them. I think that this is like a cleaning service that I've had a recent contact with. They just hire people and send them places. Where you've got one person answering the phones and making the bookings, but they don't really know the employees. I kind of had that impression, but I don't know.

Outstanding job done by Tony! He was efficient, professional and very nice & friendly! I thought the price correlated to the number of windows and the quality of the job performed. I will definitely use this company again in 6 months!

They removed, cleaned and replaced the screens. While the screens were out they cleaned the windows, inside and out. Did a great job.

Had used this provider before. Only requested the windows in the front of the house be cleaned as I had on-going construction in the back yard. Eric came out and did an excellent job. At first glance it seem that he had removed the glass. Will use this provider again and will request ERIC!

The guys just left from my house. They had to be told about every issue at the house. They pressure cleaned the pool cage. When they were packing up their equipment, I noticed one whole side that still had mildew and mold all over screen cage. They then came back and finished that side. They even left both of my hoses laid out in the grass/yard of my property. They did not return one hose to the storage bin, and left all of the screen porch doors open. They also left water and mess inside of my lanai patio. There is water and dirt everywhere now. The patio cushions were never put back. They forgot to do some windows completely. And a few of the interior windows. I had to point those out to them. They did not even clean the tracks, until I brought it up on how I was unhappy. They went back and cleaned the tracks quickly. They did take $20 off the bill, but this was so unprofessional. I was completely astonished about the number of positive reviews you had, and then I had this horrible experience? Very frustrated to have to even pay for this whole experience. Oh my goodness, this is probably my worst experience off of angies list. It's like I hired people off of craigslist. I hate being "that guy" to look over work and follow a professional around, but it couldn't be helped here. The two workers were friendly and did apologize, but it doesn't truly make up for the fact of the work. And they did work hard. I will most likely be looking for a new provider.

excellent job cleaning windows ! they did it seemingly effortlessly and in a short time. David and Silas were wonderful and helpful pointing out some trouble with our screens. I will never wash windows again!

Superior and professional service performed by Mario. Meticulous attention to detail. Mario arrived on time and did a careful cleaning of the roof, gutters, and exterior stucco. He cleaned up afterwards. Throughout Mario was courteous and friendly and answered all questions to my satisfactions. Highly recommended.

I wanted a company that used eco-friendly products and soft wash to clean this house because of the dark color. It was important that there be no stains as would likely occur with a bleach product. Also, the underside of the eaves had a lot of mold/mildew which needed to be addressed. I phoned several other firms who either did not respond or who did not provide a quote as promised. In addition, everyone else had caveats about both the effect on color and/or the probability that the eaves would show an improvement. After the initial call, there was a lapse of about 10 days before I heard from them again. Apparently it had to do with scheduling for the tech who uses eco products and his availability to get here to do the estimate. It would have been nice to get a phone call to say they still have me on their radar. However, he did tell me that he'd tried reaching me several times. In hindsight, he probably had the wrong phone number. While I think the cost is a little on the high side, the work that was done was completely to my satisfaction. The exterior of the house looks freshly painted again. The underside of the eaves is completely clean. The technician who performed the job called to say that he was caught in traffic and would be about 15 minutes late. He got started immediately and coordinated with the window washer to allow for both of them to be working the job in tandem and to get through much quicker than I'd anticipated. The windows are spotless, even today after intense downpours last night. They'd told me that they use something that helps to prevent spotting and I can now attest to that. I will be hiring them in the future.

Got the Angie's List deal. Their reviews seemed solid. Scheduler called me within 48 hours. Set up a convenient date within a week. Technician showed up on time. He was professional and thorough. Gave me a clear estimate of the additional services beyond the Angie's List deal. He work booties on his shoes the entire time in the house - nice touch. Very good job.
