Very good service and quality and detail was great

The employees we nice and friendly, but did not do a go job. They did not take out the screens, the didn't clean the tracks of most of the windows, they did not clean the outside of two windows. Many of the windows were streaky. They seem to be in a big hurry. Called Office, they second a second employee. I would never use them again. A waste of my $149.

Great job! Also cleaned window sills. Very fast, professional, friendly.

They did a good job, had a concern about one window. They came back cleaned it again and explained the discoloration was due to the old film on the gals. They were very professional and polite. Would definitely have them work for me again.

It turned out good. They contacted me right away, and then they were out the following week.

Overall, I was happy with the service, The pressure-washing went really well and everything looked clean. The windows were cleaned very well although the window sills and tracks could have used more attention. I had to clean the window sills considering I was showing the home to potential buys that upcoming weekend. None of the tracks were cleaned although I mentioned ahead of time that I would have paid extra to have them serviced.

They did great. As a matter of fact, my windows need to be cleaned again because right now we've got construction going on outside so I'm probably going to use them again. The guy was great. He was professional, he was clean cut. He was very nicely pulled together for a guy who is going to wash my windows. He did a great job. I had some other windows that weren't included in it and I went ahead and paid him a little extra to do those because they weren't part of the Big Deal. I will tell others to definitely call them. They will be happy with their work.

This is the 3rd time I have used Sabrina's. Never had an issue in the past. This time it was a new guy and he decided that the deal was not for me since "it was for new customers only". Then he proceeded to tell me that I had 21 windows, not 19 as had been found in the previous 2 services, so it would be additional. I actually have 17 windows, one of them is a double so I am ok with a count of 18-19 Not sure what he was counting and his attitude was extremely poor. Since he could not perform the service I paid for, I asked Angie's list to refund the $119.00

When the man came, he wanted to charged me an additional $39 to clean a mirror that had been cleaned before at no extra charge. Did a great job the first time they were here. Did not like the bait and switch they pulled this last time for service. There was also one screen they didn't put back in correctly.

I thought the person they sent was excellent. In fact, I am going to call them this week to schedule an appointment for pressure cleaning.

They cleaned around 48 of my windows (some count as 2 or 3, which was charged in addition to the offer price) and did a great job inside and out. The only reason I down graded to a B was that he was called to another job site and I noticed that a few of my screens had been left out and the windows on the east side of my house had been forgotten about on the outside. So I reminded him and he did in fact clean them and put the screens in, but I didn't notice the inside windows of my garage had also been forgotten and he had left my house by then. Maybe an overall inspection and walk through at the end instead of rushing to next job may have caught that, so that would be my only suggestion. But overall I am still happy, he did a great job on a lot of windows inside and out, worked hard and was very professional. Mistakes do happen in life.

My windows look amazing! Michael and his mother-in-law did an amazing job! They were very friendly and easy going! And they were very thorough and professional. I am loving my view!!

I've used them every year and this time, they went up substantially above the amount I paid the few guys for the service. They said that I have more windows and they didn't charge me for windows last time. It was $45 more and it was a lot. I'm not sure I can blame the technician that cleaned the windows for it but I still wondered. After he left, two of my blinds were broken. I called them and I said that on the phone. He came on the phone and the first thing he told me was he's not going to pay for any damage. I would not use them again. I thought the price was high. The quality of work was fine. They were on time. They came out when they were supposed to come out.

Perfect! Easy to arrange, reasonably priced and excellent service! Now I can see the outside world again!

Representative arrived promptly and he ready to work. In a short amount of time, he had my two story town home sparkling. My only disappointment was the dirty spots left on the carpet at each window and slider. When I schedule my next cleaning, I will have drop clothes available and ask the he use them. He was happy, friendly, kind and I don't think my request will seem unreasonable to him.

Curt arrived at promised time, was very pleasant, and did a nice job, re-cleaned outside windows when smears were noticed after he had cleaned inside. I was very pleased with the service.
