Windows look great! They were on time, worked hard, were very thorough. They hire vets which is always nice to see. We recommend them very highly!

I called on Thursday and was scheduled for the next morning and the cleaners, Andre and Victor, were on time and polite. My service scheduling was handled over the phone by Shawn who was professional and took time to discuss pricing and suggested I see what quote the technician gave me when they arrive due to my house having colonial style windows. However, my quote ended up being $255 because I had 11 windows with colonial style panes. The other 5 windows did not have the colonial panes. I surprised this price was so much more than the $139 coupon for 19 windows that originally prompted me to call this firm as opposed to others on Angie's List but I needed my windows cleaned so I agreed to this price. It seemed reasonable for 16 windows on a two story home but it has been awhile since I hired a firm so I really do not have anything to compare. The Sabrina website says they clean window sills, wear proactive covering over shoes and use a drop cloth to protect carpeting. However, Andre and Victor did not wear shoe covering but they took shoes off at my request, they did not use a drop cloth even though I commented on dripping on carpet and asked them if they had a cloth or towel, and they did not clean my sills. I did not notice the dirty window sills until after they left so had to do them myself. I had just had my house painted so there apparently was a lot of dust that had settled on the sills. Some of it turned dark and left a mess. Finally, some of the windows had paint specks that did not come off during the window cleaning process. Not sure if I should have expected it to or not but Andre and Victor did not bring it to my attention. I ranked Sabrina a C overall. They are fine if you need just the glass cleaned and need a timely, polite firm.

No problems and I was very happy with the result.

They were a day earlier than scheduled. Good thing we just arrived home. Bought package for 119.00. Used them once before this time. So twice now. Service was better than last year. Screens got cleaned this year.

After I showed proof of services purchased, no further questions or issues with service to be delivered thanks to Angie's list rep.

The window cleaner did a great job!!!

Sabrina's sent "Mike" out to the job on a Friday, He was pleasant and thorough. While we originally thought the job would be about $250, it ended up being over $600 with all the scraping and extra work. Mike said it would take him all day. It actually took him longer. He came back on Saturday to finish, but kept to the estimate he gave before he started the job. Most of the windows are original and some had cracks that we still needed to fix. Mike was very concerned with some of the windows' condition and made a point to mention it. Mike was careful and gentle through the whole process and got each and every widow spectacularly clean without any damage. We have called Sabrina's again to come clean the windows in our rental. We gave a better description of what needs to be done and some potential challenges so that the technician sent has plenty of time for the job. We're expecting great results!

Service was good and professional. I was very happy with all my clean windows with no mess left behind. Everything was put back in place. I will use them again and try their power washing service.

I just bought a house that was only lived in a couple of weeks a year. I suspect the windows hadn't been cleaned in years and the windows and screens were filthy! The work was done efficiently and well. kudos to Sabrinas

Terrible! First, I must mention that I have used Sabrina's window cleaning with two homes, and over five years. Every other experience was just great! Clean windows, polite workers, etc/ This pair was led by a very nasty, rude man. He tried to overcharge me . He argued , threatened to leave ( I told him to go, I will call Angie's list. Then he backed down to lower the extra charge of $20.00. I thanked them when they finished, tipped them by $20.00. They left. Later when they left I opened my bedroom and find the windows had never been touched. Also, they did not clean my French

Excellent job, efficiently performed! Lots of patience shown ..could not get pump started for outside water and am in process of fall cleaning/clearing out unused things ,,,lots of bags, etc. in way.

Very Well, he was in & out in a very short time, the worker was named Brett & the quality of his work and his pleasantness was just great!

great....the gentleman that came and worked was businesslike...and let me know if any of the screens needed work. He cleaned inside and out and also the bottom of the window area.

My only issue was I ended up paying double the original price. I knew I had a few more windows then what was stated in the ad. And I did want the sills cleaned too, which I knew was going to be extra. But because my windows are "colonial" I had to pay an extra cost for that. I purchased a $119. deal and paid an additional $120.00, so my final cost was $239. which was much more then I wanted to spend on having my windows cleaned.

He did a wonderful job. The young man who cleaned was very nice and did a nice job. It was good. He did a wonderful job. I mean, they stayed clean for a long time, the windows did. They say they put something on it that helped repel the water, and it worked for a long time. Of course, it needed to be done again. I'll probably call them again, but they were very good. I was satisfied with the price. Quality was an A. It was a very good job. I would give them an A all the way around. I would use them again, absolutely.

It worked out well, they did a good job. I did pay a little bit more, but they told me ahead of time it would be more because I have a French door with a lot of little windows on it. It was $20 or $25 maybe. They did a good job, they came when they were supposed to and they charged a fair price. The workers were fine.

The windows and screens were cleaned fairly well but the channels and frames were just barely cleaned. There was an extra charge for the channels and frames.

The representative called to inform me on his arrival time and arrived earlier than expected. He was personable and professional and cleaned the windows inside and out in a timely manner.

They were cleaning the windows at the house next door. So, I looked on Angies list and found they had many, many good reviews. So, I called. The office mentioned that they cleaned the windows of most of my neighbors. A half hour later, Kenny and Maria, who had been working next door, came over and cleaned my windows. They did a nice job. I had pulled my car out of the garage, so they clean the garage windows, too .Kenny asked if I wanted my car windows cleaned for another $10, so I did that, too. I'm glad I called them and will call them again.

Windows haven't looked this great in years! Efficient and professional.

I was not impressed. Did they clean the windows...yes. Did they make them look great...no. Did they forget to put some screens back in...yes. Did they have to come back to re-clean some windows...yes. All in all, they did a fair job at best.
