Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning

Description of Work: When I talked to the lady about doing my windows I asked her if they could wash the screens and Florida screens on my lanai and she said they could and to mention it to the person who came and he could give me a price. I did ask him and he said he couldn't do it, therefore, even with my bad back and recovering from torn tendon surgery on my hip I was finally able to do it myself without a power washer just a bit of scrubbing. He did okay at cleaning the windows but left the blinds up for me to take care of and just this past week when I took the screens out to clean that are on the inside of the windows I found that he hadn't even put all the clip holders back down. I then asked him to do the storm/screen door going to the garage and he said it would be hard to get the screens out so, again, I did it myself! The young man was just a little on the cocky side and I would definately not use Sabrina's again.

He was very nice, polite, and courteous and made me feel like Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning cared about the service that they provided to me. Description of Work: They cleaned all of our windows inside and out. Our service guy was clean cut and on time. We would use the again. They even come out on Saturdays for us that work on weekdays.

Description of Work: Sabrina's gulf window cleaning sent a very capable young man to clean screens and windows of my one story home. It took several hours to complete. He was a friendly, diligent worker. |I'm sorry but I cannot remember exact date of service, but it was a few months ago and for the most part windows still look great.

Description of Work: Cleaned windows/screens. Granted my windows are old, but when I asked the employee to clean the bottom window frame. He did on some, but not all.

Description of Work: The person was not an employee of the company, but an independent hired contractor. The price was increased two-fold due to changing the description of "window" to "window pane"; which is how the charge base was presented. I did contact the company and there was a concession on the price (I split the difference with the contractor), but it almost seemed like a 'bait and switch'. The independent contractor did a good job; just not for the "Big Deal" price advertised.
