All was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. Josh, was particularly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job.

Would not use again. Angie's list offer stated that loose debris would be cleaned from the window tracks. They were reluctant to do this stating that it wasn't on their work order. They finally did it but in a very sloppy way. I now have to vacuum the floor area around the windows. Also, make sure you call them if buying the offer. They said they never got communication from Angie's List.

Purchased a bid deal but they stated the work was going to coast more for the work that needed to be done.

Great! We are going to take advantage of more of their services. Pressure washing the house, aluminum frame over the pool will be done. They are also going to rescreen the entire Lanai with fiberglass to help keep pollen and squirrels out.

This is the second time I have used Sabrina's GC window cleaning, with a coupon from Angie's list. I did have to pay a bit extra ($61), though the additional work was clearly outlined in the advertisement so it was not a surprise. Each time, they were accommodating with scheduling, prompt with appt. time, professional, friendly and courteous during the service, and provided an overall positive experience. I was encouraged to view my windows at the time of completion to verify satisfaction. My windows and doors - inside and out - were left sparkling. Screens and sills were cleaned as well. Thank you!

It was very good. They gave me a coupon for a $50 rebate for being a gold member. The tech was very nice, courteous and congenial. He was a little late. I will definitely use them again.

I've used this company for many years to clean the inside & outside of my windows. My house is 3 stories high and I have a lot of windows, so I usually ask for the same person since he knows his way around my house. He shows up on time, works quickly, and usually finishes in about 1/2 a day. Windows sparkle when he leaves. Unfortunately, I live on salt water so the wind blows the salt on my windows - thus I have to call for service on a regular basis!

Wonderfully. Professionalism, and friendliness from customer service reps to young man who did actual cleaning. The estimates given were about what I paid. The cleaning was excellent. Every window, sliders and the sky light were cleaned completely; sparkeling.

Have had other companies but none compare to job done by Sabrina's. I will recommend them to anyone without hesitation. They were prompt, professional and did awesome job.

Everything was very good. It was top of the line. As a matter of fact, the thing that really made it was the man who came to do them was absolutely wonderful. There was no extra cost. The man was extraordinary. He was an immigrant. He was only here for a few months, he has to go back to wherever he is from, Turkey or someplace. He was wonderful. I can’t rave about him enough. I don’t know how their other people are. I woun't be able to get that guy again, but I only do it once a year. He did a very good job.

Just moved into a condo, all the windows were dirty and buggy. I think it's important to note that there are some issues with windows that simply cannot be handled by a window cleaner. Since my windows are quite old, I did have some of those issues, so I was disappointed in that fact, but not with the window cleaner. He worked diligently and carefully and did a good cleaning job. The one thing I did not appreciate was his comments, kinda negative in his responses and complaining I was his 3rd job that day. He gave me a bit of attitude when I asked questions or politely requested something to be done. Later, he did apologize, which was appreciated. However, this resulted in the "B" for professionalism.

Sabrina's has been doing our windows for a while now. We have been quite pleased with the finished job as we have quite a few windows and sliders. All have been cleaned beautifully inside and out. We especially like it when extras are included such as cleaning our outdoor fan for no extra cost.
