Description of Work: Did not know what constituted a window until we spoke directly with the company. Angie's list did not disclose this in the ad. We would have had to pay additional monies in order to get additional windows cleaned. My wife did not purchase Groupons with similar offers because they were very clear about what constituted a window. Angie's List did not provide a clear description. We would like a refund. Thank you.

Description of Work: Tech did not clean metal tracks on sliding glass doors and windowsills. He reluctantly cleaned them when I pointed it out and did a poor job.

Description of Work: I was confused about each window pane being a window. I thought I going to have my windows cleaned for the $107.00 but Sabrina's informed me each pane was a window so had to pay more which I could not afford so had to cancel. It was my fault for not knowing more and will be more careful in the future. Thank you for your help.

Description of Work: Washed windows okay but always goofed up replacing my window screens which are wired into my alarm system. Always had to call and incur a service charge from burglar alarm company to sort out my screens . Have changed companies- much better price but I do not allow them to remove screens either .

Description of Work: washed all outside windows and some inside windows. He did a great job. I had to pay an additional $30 on top of the $119 because I had more windows than the package deal. Still a great deal and I would do it again.

Description of Work: Pascal showed up on time and completed the job just in time to beat the rain! The charge was more than we had paid with other window services but the job got done.

Description of Work: Windows were cleaned inside and out. Team of 2 showed up on time and worked quickly. We added getting a few screens repaired and were happy with the work.

Description of Work: The window cleaner arrived on time and did a pretty good job. He did only the outside of the windows, not the inside as per our request. He cleaned the first and second floor windows and took a couple of hours to do 12 windows and 14 double sliding glass doors. We have used Sabrina's for many years, twice a year, Spring and Fall. They call to remind us and schedule an appointment. We plan to use them again this Fall.

Description of Work: I have Sabrina's wash my outdoor windows every summer. I have a one story 4000 square foot house with a lot of windows. They run specials when they are working in the area and I started |using them because I thought the price was too good to pass up. They do a good job and the window washers I have had were very pleasant.

Description of Work: Excellent: Washed windows, screens, sliding door tracks, storm door glass. Did not offer to do fans though they had been done the year before. They were careful when washing around windows and they cleaned up after they had finished working.

Description of Work: Washed windows inside and out, cleaned screens, cleaned tracks and had a rainex solution that works to bead the outside of the windows.
