Description of Work: We had them clean the outside of our windows only. However, after the gentlemen left, I noticed that the windows on one end of my home had not been touched. Guess I should have inspected them before I paid the bill.

Description of Work: I don't generally do business with people who approach me by phone, but for unknown reasons, this time I did, probably because the price was good (I only had them clean the outside windows and sliders). They were nice, showed up on time, and what they did do, was fine. I was particularly happy that they cleaned a very high window above our front door. But when I mentioned the difficulty of raising the screens on our lower windows, they said it wouldn't be a problem. I didn't notice until after they left, that they had not done ANY of the lower outside windows behind the screens. I was disgusted and did not pursue it. I didn't realize they weren't local--dumb me.
