Description of Work: Washed windows and screens. This is the second time I have used their service. The first time was second to none. Windows, screens and frames were perfect. I gave this time only a C because this washer did not wipe down the frames and did not wash the inside of some of the windows. I will definitely use Sabrina again and will check the job before washer leaves.

Description of Work: My windows and screens were washed both inside and out. The tracks were cleaned also. My windows have never looked so good. The next day I was taking someone out through the glass sliding doors and was told that if I hadn't opened the door, he would have walked into the glass. It looked that good. I will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: I really wanted to give them a good rating, because the window cleaner was very sweet. However, it is one person doing all the work by himself, and they only clean the actual window vs. cleaning any of the frame. He was not detailed enough for me. I have had window cleaning before, and am used to having the frames and tracks cleaned. This is something that you have to ask for specifically. I also got the pressure wash, and he did it with water only (no cleaners). I asked if he could use cleaners, and he had to leave and get some. He also used WAY too much and my walk smelled like bleach for a couple of weeks. REALLY nice people, but I wouldn't use them again.
