Description of Work: With Sabrina's it kind of depends on what team they send to your home. Last year we had two young men who were very accomodating and agreed to do some extras like change a smoke detector battery and clean a very high chandelier. One member of the team this year informed me that they would have to charge "extra" for those things. Eventually the man who appeared to be the team leader agreed to perform those tasks. Think they should all be on the same page for these issues.

Description of Work: I ordered the coupon worth $200.00 of window cleaning. When the young man arrived he said he would do it for $200.00 - but I would have to pay him $80.00. That was unacceptable to me - I called the Angie's list phone number and he called Sabrina's - he suggested he clean only the outside - I said no that was not what I paid for - I spoke with someone from Sabrina's - this could have gone forever - I was afraid to have anyone from that company come into my house after this incident. The young man said Sabrina's would refund my money - who is going to do the refund? Angie's List or Sabrina's? In the meantime I have hired a reputable company to clean my windows for $130.00.
