Greg the technician called an hour early and arrived well before the scheduled appointment. He did an outstanding job in under 3 hours for the whole house. Excellent work and he didn't trample the landscaping either. I will definitely try them again.

He did an excellent job! He is five star! The windows are so clean you have to be careful not to walk into them they are so clear. I will recommend them and use them, again.

The gentleman that was assigned arrived on time and let me know the added costs over the package I bought for the excess windows which was fair. He was timely and thorough in completing the work.

So disappointed. Laughable terrible service. A terrible terrible bait and switch service deal with awful customer service. I would NEVER recommend using them. Window washer arrived at home and counted windows - and explained that top and bottom of one window count as one window. What? I've never in all the years I've had windows cleaned had that experience. I asked the window washer to help me understand and he became verbally upset and short that he "had to explain" what counted as one window. The window washer hung up on me and then manager later hung up on me. I spoke with manager and she was not proactive at all or service oriented. She seemed genuinely curt and irritated she had to assist me. She proceeded to explain that a window is 24" x 24." Not at all what had been told to me by phone when I scheduled my appointment. When I said I'd be asking for a refund the manager proceeded to share: "You haven't paid us a dime you paid Angie's list." Quite unprofessional Manager stated "well I don't know what I can do to make you happy?" I asked her to send me (email in writing) a definition of how they define the window and she said she would do it by Tuesday because their office is closing early for Labor Day weekend... Manager: "What can I do to make you happy?" Me: "Send me an email defining what exactly you define as a windows so that I know what to expect with this special that you ran on Angie's list." The manager then put me on hold and came back to say that I had upset her and that she does not deserve to be upset and hung up on me.

Excellent. This is the third time I've used Sabrina's for my rental homes. The same technician has come each time and does a flawless job of cleaning the windows, inside and out, including screens and window tracks. This time I paid a little extra to have the second floor windows done as well. Always professional and well worth the price. Will definitely use them again for streak-free sparkling windows.

Great. On time which is big. Professional and courteous. Cleaned up and just easy as can be.

Had all the skylights washed, inside & out and all the other windows in our home washed inside & out. All the screens were removed and cleaned along with the tracks being cleaned. Roger let us know there were 4 windows that needed attention as the seals were broken, one window frame had the beginning of a leak. Roger was right on time, worked continually until the job was done. Very insightful as to the film we had installed on some of our windows to keep the UV rays out. Warned us of the potential problems we may have and also told us of 3/4 windows that needed repair. We will definitely use them again. Thank YOU!!!!

Cleaning was good but tried to have us pay more because our windows were over-sized. We have used them many times before and never had to pay more.

The tech was on time, professional, and neat. He refused our help to move furniture and plants on the lanai because "that's my job". He also put everything back in a reasonable order.
