Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning

Description of Work: I used them once for exterior window cleaning. They did a fine job and there were some extra things that they did. However, there were minor things I was unhappy with. The screens were not put back as they should have been after the exterior window cleaning. Our alarm is connected to some of our screens and that affected it. They also provided us with an estimate for pressure washing and I thought it was expensive. I don’t think I will use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned all the windows both inside house and outside. Very professional and non-intrusive. Did an excellent job.

Description of Work: All contact with Sabrina's was handled professionally and without any negative incidents. I had to change the date which was handled easily. Steve & Pascal arrived at time set were professional, helpful, & courteous at all times. They worked straight through without breaks for approximately 5 hours. Cleaned 20 plus windows, screens & tracks on a two story home. Will most definitely request Sabrina's, Steve, & Pascal in the future.

Description of Work: PRICE QUOTED AND PRICE CHARGED ON ARRIVAL DIFFERED GREATLY--BAIT AND SWITCH. PER INTERNET ADVERTISEMENT, SOLUTION USED REPELLS RAIN--NONE WAS USED, MANY WINDOWS WEREN'T CLEANED AT ALL. WINDOWS DO NOT REPEL WATER AT ALL. WHEN MANAGER WAS CALLED RE THE ISSUES, HE REPLIED "SORRY FOR THE EXPERIENCE." NOTHING WAS DONE TO RECTIFY THE ISSUES--DESPITE STATING 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. HORRIBLE COMPANY. update--I was later contacted by another representative, and a different contractor was sent out to do the windows that had not been done initially at no charge.

Description of Work: I purposedly asked for Frank as I had read an Angie review where they were very pleased with his work. When he arrived he stated that he would have to come back the next day to finsih work as he had another appointment later in the day. He arrived the next day with his wife(?) to help with the job. I thought they did a good job. My only complaint was that he broke off two pieces of grid system on my windows and never informed me of this. I found one broken piece and don;t know what he did with the other. I am unable to find these pieces to put back on my window and have called at least 5 companies trying to track down how to replace these broken pieces. He didn't rush the job and I think he tried to do the job as best he could. However perhaps he was a little too rough with the windows as this is the first time this has happened. Also I noticed on a whole row of windows, there were water stains. Was I pleased, I guess. Would I hire him back for window cleaning again, "No".

Description of Work: They cleaned 7 windows and 5 fans... they come out twice a year
