He did a fantastic job. Very meticulous. Always cleaned up at end of work time. Above and beyond. He took extra care with our wood flooring. Covering it and keeping it nice. All work done in a timely manner. Very nice, extra helpful. Knowledgeable. Gave advice on what paint to use. I highly recommend Jesse. My understanding is he does kitchen/ bathroom remodeling too. I would hire him to do anything he says he could do. Fantastic work ethic. Very excellent at his craft.

We have used Royalty Homes on multiple occasions. They have painted the pool deck and back porch. We later hired them to paint the exterior of our house and later, the backyard lanai which also required some repair in addition to using a special paint for protection. Jesse has always done a very professional job and is very conscientious with his work. We will be hiring him once again for some interior repair and painting. Excellent workmanship!

I have been using Jesse now with Royalty Home Renovations for about a little over four years now. He gave me an extremely competitive price on an exterior house paint. After talking with him, he revealed that he also does epoxy garage flooring, which is something that I wanted to do for a long time, but did not want to pay the big money prices that are being advertised. He gave me an extremely good rate and had the job done from start to finish in one day. It has been over four years now and it still looks like the day he finished. Royalty Home Renovations also comes out multiple times a year and pressure washes my home. When they say there is “no job too small”, they mean it. These guys are my go-to for any projects. Highly recommended.
