Robertson Fence

Great! Roberto took my quote and educated me on the types of fence and feature options so that I made really good choices. I learned so much working through the selections that I got a great solution. Installation crew was great. Same lead on all days (good consistency) and fence is absolutely straight and perfectly level. For a simple wood fence it gets a lot of positive comments from neighbors and walkers. Two neighbors choose them as their vendor because of the good job done on my property. I quoted through several companies (Englewood, H&S and Superior) and every other vendor acted disinterested when they realized I didn't want their top priced fence. Robertson was the lowest and best. I couldn't have done better!

HORRIBLE experience with this company. Contacted them based on reviews on several sites, but man, they are HORRIBLE. Bad customer service, rude employees and they "canceled" on two appointments on consecutive days. Made an appointment to get a bid on a large fence project with a week notice on the date and time. The evening before our scheduled appointment, they decided it needed to change. So, I booked the appointment for the following day and then they just don't show up. When I call to find out why they just ignore TWO appointments and just not show up, I am told that they needed to "confirm" my appointment. Um.... I confirmed it when I scheduled it BOTH times. Both times Robertson Fence decided it didn't work for them and somehow its my fault or problem. I take off of work TWO separate days to meet them and then they just bail... Not a good experience. Use one of the many other fence companies. Oh, and don't even get my started with the appointment woman on the phone using a speaker phone to talk with me and then answering other cell phone calls while she is talking to me and I'm listening to her talk to other people.... Just a horrible experience all the way around.
