R.E. Appraisal Associates of Southwest Florida, Inc. has been in business since June of 2005 and Lora Keller, CertResRD3931, has been appraising in Southwest Florida since 1997, We proudly serve seven counties in Southwest Florida. Our appraisers have the education and qualification to provide quality and expert appraisal reports with the quickest turn time. We are extensively qualified to serve all your appraisal needs. Our team works closely with many banks and major lending institutions throughout the country. Together we help you through the entire process, whether it be selling your home, purchasing your new home or refinancing your present home. Our qualified appraisers also have extensive experience with investment properties, multi-family properties, REO’s (Real Estate Owned property), condominiums, vacant land, new construction and high-value property. Here at R.E. Appraisals, we work with private attorneys for legal matters such as divorce settlements or estate planning. We also do private appraisals for the purpose of tax assessments to reduce property taxes, for removing PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance), or for setting a home’s sales price. We are here and ready to help with all of your real estate appraisal needs.
