Randy called me minutes after I posted my request. He was working on a project, but asked to stop by the next afternoon (Sunday!) to assess the scope of the work. He quoted me a very reasonable price, and agreed for a nominal additional cost to do two other handyman fixes while here. He arrived at 8 AM on Monday, and finished the work before 10 AM. I will definitely use him in the future.

Worked hard, but the quality of work was not good ,floors uneven,trim work poor.then asked for more money

I paid $3,600 to power wash and paint a 1200 square foot driveway, a labor rate of over $300. per hour. I totally fell asleep on this one. It was a total rip off. I certainly hope you will not send them any more VICTIMS.

Showed up on time. Work was ok, but should have taken more time to properly prep the ceiling. Could have removed A/C vents instead of taping them for instance.

He came on time, did the job quickly, and cleaned up after. He even did more than was expected for the price quoted.
