+ -1 moreR1 Pool Service has been taking care of my pool for the last 12 years. Their technician arrives on the same day (at approximately at the same time) each week. He maintains the proper chemical balance and keeps my pool sparkling clean. R1 Pool Service has been, and continues to be: competent, dependable, reliable, and efficient. In addition, Billy Wakefield, the owner/operator of R1 Pool Service has always been able to provide competent maintenance and service of my pool equipment. Over the years he has replaced my: water pump, pool heater, and filtration system. He has always given me a timely response, a fair price, and good workmanship. I can even depend upon Billy to make needed repairs when I am out of town. I recommend Billy Wakefield and R1 Pool Service to anyone desiring the “peace of mind” that comes with a responsible, full service pool company.
Description of Work: R1 Pool Service provides weekly cleaning and maintenance of my pool (for $85 per month) along with full repair and replacement service of my pool equipment.

+ -1 moreHe is doing a good job. He is dependable. He comes and cleans the pool when he is supposed to. I'm in Colorado and he is in Florida so I really haven't had a lot to deal with him. I assume that he is doing a good job.

+ -1 moreR1 Pool Service has been taking care of my pool for the past six years. When I first signed up, owner/operator Billy Wakefield did all the work himself. Since then his business has grown to include several employees with their own routes. During that time the quality of service has never diminished. I can rely on R1 Pool Service to always be there on the same day and at about the same time - every week. They keep my pool in top condition. On a few occasions, when I have needed replacement or repairs to a pump or filter canister, Billy was able to accommodate me within a day or two. He does good work at a reasonable price. Even when I am out of town I feel confident that my pool is being well maintained and watched over. On at least one occasion, Billy called to alert me of a problem when I was absent. And I have no qualms of having him make repairs even when I am out of town. Over the years I have recommended R1 Pool Service to several friends who have also become satisfied customers. I thought it was time to recommend R1 to my larger group of friends at Angie’s List.
Description of Work: R1 Pool Service performs weekly cleaning and maintenance of my swimming pool. This includes regular skimming, brushing and cleaning of tile. Vacuuming and the cleaning of filters are done on a regular basis. Chemical balances are checked and adjusted weekly. R1 is also able to do maintenance, repair or replacement of any of the mechanical equipment associated with a pool for an additional charge. Cost: $80.00 per month

R1 Pool Service LLC offers the following services: We handle ALL repairs, installations of automation, salt systems, heaters, resurfacing and Remodeling. We have a Full Monthly Maintenance package which includes: Free Water Analysis, Test Water Chemistry, Make chemical additions as necessary, Clean tiles, Skim pool surface as needed, Vacuum pool as needed, Check operation of equipment, Clean filter, skimmer basket and pump baskets. We also have a Chemical only package where we would test the water chemistry and make adjustments as needed.
At this time, we do not build pools.
