+ -1 moreI wanted to try a new company to service my air conditioner, so I asked a neighbor for a recommendation. Without hesitation, she told me to call R & R, and I am glad I did. The technician sent, named John, did an excellent job and was very helpful in answering all my questions in a professional, easy-to-understand manner. He was also very pleasant to speak with. Through him, I learned more about the company, which convinced me that I should call this company in the future.

+ -1 moreMany years of great service from Rich and his team! Rich and his service techs have been able to keep my AC system running great for over 10 years. I finally decide to replace my 17 year old system a few weeks ago system and his installers did a outstanding job and the price was very reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend R & R.

+ -1 moreWe found them to be horrible. They were picked by the roofing company for our condominium. They indicated that they were going to give me a Carrier Air Conditioner and they didn't. That's not what I got. Not very clean.

Description of Work: They installed my A/C and a leak occurred and the freon all leaked out. They returned after I called, said they fixed it and again all the freon leaked out..Called and left message and also sent e-mail and I was ignored...Never fixed...I was charged plenty for that freon...

+ -1 moreR & R has worked on many of our air conditioners. They are always very prompt, very courteous, and complete the work in a timely manner. As we have rental properties, they have replaced entire air conditioners and have also repaired many. Top notch company. Very honest too.
