PRESTIGE BROTHERS LAWNCARE & TREE SERVICE

August 24, 2024 12:34 PM I am NOT AT ALL HAPPY with Prestige Brothers Tree Services. I have an emergency situation here because I have a tall tree that has only just begun to LEAN and now looks as if it may FALL ON MY HOUSE or the house of my neighbor. Alberto and Liz came to my house yesterday (August 23, 2024) and we agreed on a price for the removal of the tree. They said they would be back yesterday afternoon to do the work. But it began to rain so they rescheduled and said they would return this morning. BUT THEY DID NOT COME BACK THIS MORNING! AND THEY DID NOT CALL OR TEXT TO SAY THEY WOULD NOT BE COMING BACK TO DO THE WORK! At 10AM, I called and also texted them to ask what time they would be here. TWO HOURS LATER, Liz called to say Alberto had changed his mind and would not be coming. If they had JUST LET ME KNOW they were not coming, I could have gotten another company. As it is, now I have to worry another day and night (and perhaps LONGER) about the tree falling on the house or the house of my neighbor. Alberto not letting me know they were NOT COMING this morning to do the work was unconscionable. How difficult is it to make a phone call?

Terrific! Prestige Brothers Yard Maintenance Service is the very best we’ve had for our community of 9 lots. We have 7 residences and 2 vacant lots as well as very large common areas around a pond and two large rainwater catchments. Prestige has consistently kept these areas looking as nice as possible through weekly mowing and edging, routine trimming of hedges and plants, weed control, fertilization, pest control, and irrigation system checks and maintenance. We highly recommend!

We just bought a house and are getting it cleaned up for airbnb, Alberto understood exactly what we needed and was so easy to work with. Even though we were in a different state while he performed the work, everything went very well. Alberto Facetimed us to keep us up to date on how the job was going and sent a video when he was completed. We hired Alberto to regularly maintain this property for us and trust that he will keep us up to date on how it's being cared for each month.

The service was great. He went above and beyond of what I asked him to do. I kind of called him last minute and he was there the next day. I got him on a regular schedule.

He was very professional got the work done perfectly and in great timing and also let me know step by step what was going to be done. I am so very pleased with the work Alberto did.
