+ -1 morePunctual. Pleasant. Polite. Unfortunately, he uses a "supplier" who only carries 2 types of kitchen faucets, both over $300.00. A remarkably limited inventory for a supplier, don't you think? He also charges $120/hour. I had him pick up a less expensive kohler from home depot instead of the from his van, I mean "supplier". I had no idea how much he charged until he handed me the bill. I think his plumbing skills are probably fine, but I would rather do the job myself before ever doing business with him again.
Description of Work: Faucet needed to be replaced, but not for $120 per hour!

drain cleaning
+ -1 moreI called Prestia at 8:30 AM. They answered immediately and was told they would be out by noon. They were. Two men arrived and they confirmed and then fixed the problem. They had to go on the roof to snake the sewer line as my house does not have ground level access to the line (typical of new houses). They were done within the hour.
Description of Work: I have a two year old house that suddenly had a clogged main sewer line.

Description of Work: I had a handyman replace several faucets in the home, and left a leaky mess, taps on backwards, etc. So I contacted Prestia to redo the work and fix the leaks. While here he checked the waterflow on all toilets and increased the flush, repaired a leaky washer connection, new valve, etc. The work was excellent, was very pleasant to deal with, he showed up right on schedule, and followed-up as promised. During some remodelling a new plumbing issue was discovered and I didn't hesitate to contact Prestia - highly recommended.

Offered to help with other problems we were having. We will definitely use this company again and we are going to recommend them to family and friends.

+ 0 moreHe is a certified master plumber. His prices are reasonable. He is prompt, polite, and I appreciate that he always makes sure everything is clean and dry. He took quite a bit of time explaining the water system to me and made sure to let me know that he is available should I have any questions or problems.
Description of Work: I have used him to put in a de-ionized water system and he has also done minor sink/faucet repairs.
