Description of Work: Perma-Seal applied their popular roof coating to our tiled roof. Looks great. However, at this date, we have called six times for a leak which has shown up and have not had their promised follow-up service. Promised to show up again this week. We'll see....

The crew was prompt, professional and respectful of our property. If the product lasts and the guaranteed is honored it would be very good deal for us - time will tell.

+ -1 moreIT TOOK 3 DAYS AND THE MEN WORKED VERY HARD. WE WERE TOLD AND GIVEN A BROCHURE ON THE ROOF BEING WARRANTED FOR 18 YEARS. OF COURSE, WE WILL NOT KNOW HOW THE PERMA-SEAL WILL LOOK YEAR AFTER YEAR. BUT FOR NOW, I AM VERY SATISFIED.
