Description of Work: They really did a great job. First, they pressure washed the entire house (single one story with a caged lanai). Second, they covered all the cracks and third, they painted the house with quality paint. For an extra $250 they refinished the lanai surrounding the pool. They hand painted around the windows ensuring no paint got on the windows. My one small problem with them was their punctuality. They would show up anywhere between 9:30 - 11:00 and they usually worked until around 2:00. Becasue they only worked a few hours a day (granted it was July and August , very hot)and rainy) it took them longer to complete the job. Next time I would have them tell me their work hours and when they expect to complete the job. Having said that, it wasn't much of an inconvenience since all the work was outside. I will be using them next year to paint the interior of the house.

+ -1 moreThey were excellent. They hand painted instead of spraying it. They put down a protective coating first and they used good-quality paint. They took a little longer than normal, but I didn't mind, because they were doing the painting correctly.
