they come out timely, listen to your concerns. Regardless it it is termites, rats, bugs they take care of any issues and ask you to call if you experience any issues. They will comeback out as needed for one low quarterly fee. My pets and my children do not have to worry about harmful chemicals. They also do traditional treatments if that is what you would want. This is a wonderful company!

This company has been a no call/ no show 2x in a row and I have wasted 2 Fridays waiting for service. The specified time was 11am-1pm. At 2pm, after no word from anyone I spoke w/ the technician/owner and he said he was at my house at 12:26pm but since it was raining he sat outside for 5 minutes and then left!!! I told him he could have come in and at least done the inside and finished the outside another time and that he should have also contacted me to let me know what was going on!! He did not seem to care. Poor communication, very unprofessional and very bad customer service! DO NOT use this company!

Angel called before heading over and was right on time - spent considerable amount of time spraying every baseboard around the house, then sprayed exterior areas. We showed him a mound in the back yard that we thought was ants and he stated that it was a mole hill! He put down treatment to drive it away (organic of course) even though that was not included in the package. He is very pleasant to deal with and we will not hesitate to use him again. We had used OrgreenX previously (earlier in the summer) when in the midst of renovations and had extensive ant hills in the yard - Angel's treatment of those hills fixed the problem and they haven't come back!

They are a non-toxic pest control company and are great. I am on an annual contract with them and their personal, friendly attention, without being all in your face, stands out to me. They are respectful and act like they remember you the last time they were there. I think they have the best service since I have lived here. I will use them again in the future.
