I can’t say enough for this company. They are honest and very knowledgeable about their work. Their professionalism is outstanding . When I call they come. If it can’t be fixed it is truly broken. I have been with them for over 10 years for anything concerning my AC. I highly recommend them.

I had something wrong with my air conditioner, and the man, Rick Yates, who came out was just marvelous. They were fast at coming out, and after they analyzed the problem they were able to decipher exactly what the problem was. I would give them an A+ rating. He did the job quick, and he was clean. I highly refer this company will will be using Nice Air for my future A/C needs.

Diagnostics were done leak was found. Warranty company called an authorized repair. Parts ordered work was done.

They are very good. They have been excellent. They are very conscientious. They call before they come. They are very attentive once we have the AC. They go out over the weekend. They made a full attempt. We called them that morning and they came out on a Sunday. They did a thorough job when they’re doing their work.

My thermostat quit functioning and I was without any air conditioning or even fan. Of course this happened on a Saturday afternoon. I decided that I would install a new thermostat as I had done this previously. However, after I realized that there were many more wires than I have ever dealt with, I did not feel comfortable trying to do it myself. I called my Home Warranty Service Sunday, and they placed the call to their contractor, which is closed on Sunday, except for emergencies. The technicians were very cordial and informative. The lead tech explained to and showed me the components and what could go wrong with approximate costs for repair. He gave me suggestions as to proper maintenance and provided insight to future issues. The only reason for the B grade for Responsiveness, is that I had to wait 3 days from my initial call to the Home Warranty Service to the day of service, although, to be fair, my call was on a Sunday, and the company did respond on Monday morning to set the appointment. I would definitely recommend this company for fair and honest repair.

The work on my A/C was done as part of a home warranty so the amount spent is actually my deductible. The repairman was on time and called when he was on the way. He explained what he was doing and took the time to explain to me how to best use and maintain my system. He was very helpful and I recommend him highly.
