Kelly reached out to me the day after I purchased the Angie's List deal. She was very responsive to all my questions and was even able to accommodate my tight schedule. She scheduled Allen to go out and take care of the work. Since the house was sold and empty, Allen was able to enter using a code, and did the work on his own. The area was neat a clean when I reviewed it and the GFCI circuits worked perfectly. They charged me for a few parts, and the price was very reasonable, and the labor deal was great! Many thanks!

From the beginning, very responsive and helpful. Had to wait a little for first available appointment (but I guess that is because they do good work and they are popular). On the appointment day, Allen was great. Professional and never tried to upsell anything and went straight to work.

Fantastic service! He was on time, correctly diagnosed the problem and immediately let me know what the solution was and made sure it was not a burden on my time or budget. He is a terrific electrician and I would use him again in a minute. Highly recommended.

Allan came, he was a little late, but called to inform me he was running late from his previous appointment. He walked in, I showed him what needed to be done and he went right to work. He had all the tools necessary to do the job. He installed two vanity lights where there was no outlet before, which meant measuring and calibrating where they should be hung. He consulted me to make sure that was how I wanted them. After that he diagnosed and fixed an electrical problem so the lights in the bathroom and bedroom would work properly. He also removed a ceiling fixture and installed a ceiling light and fan. The Big Deal I purchased was for 2 hours at $169.00. The work took 2 1/2 hours so I was charged an additional $52.50 for the extra half hour and $10.00 for materials. I thought that was fair and I was pleased with the quality of the work. I would definitely use this company again. Totally pleased!

Excellent. I couldn't ask for better. Completely honest, and very reasonable. Highly recommend. As noted, He fixed my parents problem on a Sunday. Honored the coupon and also fixed something else for free while he was there. I can't say enough good things about Allen and his office personnel.

Alan is an excellent electrician. He is neat and conscientious. Kelly is always very responsive via email and telephone for scheduling and follow up. They were both helpful with coordinating my inspections with the county. Overall New Dawn is a great company and I highly recommend.

When I initially made the phone call to price out the service I was pleasantly surprised with how great the prices were and how wonderful the customer service was. I ended up paying $105 for 1 hour of service, and it was not limited to the amount of fixtures or installations just time. I was also guaranteed that if we went past the one hour mark for any complications or such I would only be charged the current coupon price (from Angie's list of $169 for two hours of work). Allen was great to work with. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the project at hand. He had the 18 foot ladder set up and the fan installed in less then 45 minutes. We also had a unique light fixture we were attempting to install ourselves that he even answered some questions for us to make sure we would be installing it properly. I was very happy with the quality and the price of his work. I would definitely use his service in the future if needed.

I am very pleased for the professional work done. Master Electrician was able to diagnose problem with my electrical outage and fixed the faulty outlet. I highly recommend New Dawn Electric Serves. I will keep them for any future work needed. I was also pleased with my cost as well, only took 1 hr rate plus new electrical outlet $2.

Called to inform he would be a little late. Installation went well. Lights need to be adjusted some but not possible for him to do because it was daylight and needs to be dark to aim lights as we would like.

Electrician arrived on time. The work was done very well!! The electrician was friendly and helpful. I look forward to calling them again.

I had them do some handy man work but I overestimated the amount of time it would take. Due to their good work, I decided hire them to build a deck that they are starting work on. I was very satisfied! The young man was excellent. His demeanor was just great and he arrived on time. His work was very, very good and he was very fast!

It was okay. We used a coupon. At the time, it was maybe two hours for $100. It was not much over the coupon at all. We probably paid just for the big deal, and we stayed within the time for that. I don’t know if I would use them again in the future. The reason is after they installed one of the ceiling fans, we think it was done incorrectly because the light shorts out constantly. So we probably would not use them again. They weren't bad; it's just that we noticed that. We did not try to get in touch with them to fix that because it had been over the year. When we really started noticing it, we just thought it was a fluke thing. Then we realized that was actually the light that they had switched. Once we remembered that, it had already been past a year, so we didn’t think that they would come back out that late.

Great service, We were very concerned about our bathroom fan and light which were tripping the breaker when turned on so he checked that first and it was a tiny correction that took him less than 10 minutes to fix. In the garage he was careful to explain all the options and possibilities before he began work. Throughout his work he stopped to ask for approval when any changes or options came up, which we appreciated. He also discussed dome options for future projects with us. We were very happy with the total experience and plan to call them again when we are ready for our next project.

The repair took place over two visits due to scheduling conflicts on my part. They worked with me to fit me in earlier than expected (the day after I called) for the first visit because the leak in the pipe collar was severe. Both repairmen arrived on time and started work right away. They prepped all areas necessary and cleaned up well after themselves. Both men were professional and worked quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the work.

I tried a company called Mr. Handyman and they didn’t know what they were doing. They did a horrible job and charged me about $100. New Dawn Electric came on time and they were professional. They honored the coupon that they had and did not add any extra fees. Everything was transparent.

He was efficient, I had total confidence in him. He respected the furniture & flooring by placing plastic sheeting where needed. I did ask for a name of someone he works with to get the piece of removed ceiling replaced but that man never called back for an a time & date.

Each time, Allan did a great job. He worked very hard, quickly and was tidy. I already have plans to use him again.

It went very well. He was very clean and efficient. He arrvied on time, right when he said he would. Completed the work in a timely manner and was pleasant to work with. I would definitely hire he again.

At first he was having a hard time firguing out which outlet was causing the problem due to how the house is wired I guess. Once he did find the problem he worked quickly. He replaced about 5 outlets with new ones I had purchased and a put in a dimmer switch I had with me as well as restoring full power to our living room. He was very courtetous and professional and would glady use their services again.
