Mike was very professional and did a terrific job of explaining what needed to be done in order for the work to be brought up to code. Our range required that the wiring be switched over from the older 3-prong hard wire setup we had with the cooktop unit to the newer 4-prong/outlet setup. He also had to create the new outlet box further down the wall near the floor to ensure the power cord had the appropriate space/connection capability. The assistant needed to access the attic to run the new wire from the breaker box to the new outlet. Mike and his assistant also did a great job cleaning up their work areas when they finished the job.

Very nice guy- Michael. The problem is the company he works for. In my opinion it’s a rip off as they take massive shots with their pricing. Insist on getting an itemized quote before proceeding and make sure you get other quotes. I found out I could get the work done for less than half of what I paid. Their mark ups are insane. As an example, a high hat that costs $14 and fifteen minutes to switch out was quoted to me at over $100. I have about 30 that need replacement. Insane.

Great - They were very honest and professional. I appreciated the fact that they didn't just try to talk me into the installation just for the money. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!!! Speedy notified me that they were on the way and arrived in the appointment window. They were was on time and very friendly. Paul explained everything that was being done and made me feel very comfortable.

The team completed the work rather quickly and appears to be quite efficiently. I will admit, that I was a little shocked by the pricing. I was not necessarily prepared for that cost, but because it was electrical, I made it happen.

Pretty well, a bit pricey for items because fans were provided.

Mr. Sparky is not a good deal. That's all. Other than that, I don't know. I don't use them anymore. They are always up selling and I know they're a big deal on your website. That's how I got to them. Not good. They're always upselling. I've used them three or four time. I finally said that's enough. Every time they're over here they are always upselling. One time they fixed my outdoor plu, they fixed a belt for, they've fixed this and they've fixed it. When it didn't work, they came back and wanted to charge me $700. I said I want to take to the owner of the company. No way. So they finally reduced it. Then I said I won't pay that either. They should've fixed it to begin with. They said oh we will come back and fix it. Oh its a lie.

Completed quickly and efficiently. One slight problem which had to be corrected but then AOK.

They fixed the circuit by identifying a burned out ceiling fan. They did not do a lot of work but billed us for $366. Much of the time was spent inspecting the rest of the house, which we did not ask them to do. In the end the charged $366 for something that should have cost half that amount and left a quote for $4,716 recommending that we replace the entire electrical panel and all circuit breakers. Neither the quote or the invoice has much detail and had a few other line items for cleaning out the panel, none of which was itemized. This felt like a big scam to get people to spend big bucks for work that is not needed. The house is almost 20 years old and I have never heard of anyone replacing their electrical system at 20 years.

I fired them the minute they got here with their high pressure high price tactics. I kept thinking what if I was my mother or grandmother and didn't have anyone to look out for me? These guys would totally rip somebody off who wasn't smart enough to make them leave immediately.

I bought a light for outside and could not believe it cost 200.00 to have it replaced and took 30 minutes. I will never call them again.

Description of work: The technician that came to our home and installed new smoke alarms since ours was in the 1990s I believe. I really don't remember the cost of service or the date that he came out I wish that I wrote the review when they came out so I can remember things , but it was well worth it 😀😀

The electrician arrived promptly and quickly determined that the GFI was fine and that the pump needed to be replaced. He offered to install a replacement pump for $900. The same pump is available at home supply stores for $150. I asked why the big price difference. The answer was that they included a warranty on the work. Seems way overpriced to me. I just paid them for the service call and sent them on their way.

My organization was paying for the service to be done, and they asked for quote from two businesses, one of them was Mister Sparky. When they came out to do the quote, they looked at everything in my home besides the actual issue! They ended up quoting me over $3000 for 2 minor issues, and the second quoted me $350!

The smoke detector and one of the bathroom fans were installed correctly. The other motor was installed but I have since had to have it reinstalled (not by Mister Sparky) due to a wire that was open and touching the metal causing the light in the fan to go off and on. The estimate was never broke down by labor verses parts. I have since received a parts cost from the company. The 2 motors were under $100. The work took less than 2 hours which included the time it took to get the parts in North Fort Myers. Even if the cost of the smoke detector was $100 it figures out to be over $250 per hour labor.

technician seemed as if objective was to just get the "job" and as large of job as possible even if unnecessary. Boasted that he has the higest sales.

I was satisfied with their work. I would consider using them again. They sent one electrician for the work, I am not sure if it took more then one day to complete.

My husband made the appointment but forgot to mention the coupon. We ended up being severely overcharged. We were charged for 3 new circuit breakers that I cannot confirm actually needed to be replaced at $189 each. I found the exact same ones on Home Depot website for $185 for a 6 pack of circuit breakers. There was a $59 reserved service charge which is the travel charge. Supplies from the truck. $298 charge for troubleshooting and diagnostics that was never mentioned to my husband before the tech arrived the day of the appointment. We were also charged $8 for truck field supplies. The job took him less than an hour to complete. My husband told the tech he feels like he is being fleeced and the tech just kept right on going.
