Tech was pushing us for more work. The work performed was alright but very expensive

The three time they came it went smoothly.

Rewiring of breaker box.Numerous outlets rewired. Placement of outdoor lighting.

Every thing was done perfectly. I will call Mr Sparky again when I need more work.

I fund that looking for money, that no a friendly way to fix the problem.

Looked for anything they could do and charge for. He said we needed something that we already had but evidently he did not look hard to find! Do not send me another survey!

The work was done correctly AFTER I found two outlets that were no longer working when their work was completed. Seems the lines were mixed up & somehow disconnected during the project. Prices were ridiculously high. I asked about having two additional dimmer switches installed. I was quoted $250 ea!!! These can be purchased at any home improvement store for $30-$40. CRAZY!!!

The new outlet is great. They were very nice and knowledgeable with the installation. However, the ceiling fan/light repair didn’t go as well. I thought he would replace the part that was getting hot. He only removed the damaged bulb and put a new bulb in. It was smelling of burning the next day and I have not used the light since.

They were excellent. All the electrician who come out are all very personable and professional.

Made an appointment for an estimate for a whole house surge protector. They gave us a 5 hour window of when they would be at the house and no one showed up. There was no call or email for a cancellation.

It a long story but to make it a little shorter they came out 4 times for a problem that was not their fault. Xavier our teck from Mr. Sparkey wanted our job to be perfect. He went as far as anyone could expect and fixed the problem. I am sure they did not make money on our job. I hope this review will let everyone know that we are really happy to have found them and we would recommend Mr. Sparkey for all your electrical needs.

Do not use this contractor unless you get a quote. Everything appears to be ala carte. I would never recommend them to anybody. They completely took advantage of me and my home. I would have never gone with this company if I would have known that they would make me pay for services.

IT WENT VERY WEL AS JAGGER, THE TECH, HAD TO GO OUT TO STORE TO GET SOME ITEMS. VERY PATIENT AND ABLE. TEC CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND IN A NEAT, AND CLEAN WAY. DID'T LEAVE AMESS! FAIR PRICE AS IT WAS A BIG JOB. GOOD FINANCING TERMS; NO INTEREST FORA YEAR. MY PHONE DOESN'T TAKE PHOTOS SORRY, BUT GREAT JOB.

He did a nice job. And the clean up is fine. And he gave me a good discount for the service.

They requested and online appointment- I did that-- They said they would contact me asap-- NOTHING

Hired to add an additional electrical outlet to a wall in my home. Response was timely, work was well done. Felt pressured to add additional items/features to existing wiring in the house. Heavy sell job and prices were quite high. Feel like those hired are paid extra for selling extra vs. completing quality service for what is asked. I would go with a different electrician in the future so as to not feel pressured to spend more than I need.

Charles from Mister Sparky responded for a 59 fee. Then he charged 249 for a diagnostic fee that “would likely fix the problem.” Then, he recommended that my panel and breakers and outlets be replaced for 6700. This was shocking. Needless to say, I hired a real electrician who said none of the panel and outlet work is needed. I’m very disappointed in Angie’s list. This firm is out there to make sales. Stay away.
