They're a bit expensive, but they were otherwise okay. He did a lot of math to come up with a price. He wasn't that sharp.

The worker was punctual and polite. The price was extremely high. The service was great but I will probably look for another electrician for other jobs due to the prices.

I would highly recommend Devon and Mister Sparky again! My Christmas lights are working again just in time for company!

I recently purchased a home and thought everything was fine. Recently when I came home from work and turned on a lamp, the bulb was very dim and seemed as though it was on its way out. I replaced the bulb with another, yet the new bulb was even dim. I blamed the lamp. I switched to another lamp and then my stove began to beep. All of sudden all the LED bulbs throughout the house were flickering and something did not seem right. I turned off the entire electrical panel, turned the switches back on, and the problems returned. It was 9 at night and now I had no air conditioning. I checked with my neighbors, they had power, I check with my electric company's outage map in my area, there were no outages reported. I called my electric company, they were closed for the night. I grew concerned and called Mister Sparky out on an emergency call to come check out what was going on. My phone call was promptly answered by a receptionist who clearly stated that there would be a service call fee. Any additional fee the technician would speak with me if there was a solution to the problem. Within an hour, a technician was dispatched and called me on his way to my home. Once he arrived, he was friendly, courteous, respectful, and eager to figure out what was going on. He quickly determined it was a supply issue from my electric company and walked me through the steps of getting a hold of their afterhours emergency line to report the problem. The electric company said they would be out within the hour and the technician said he would wait with me until they arrived. When they arrived he was able to work with them to show them what he discovered. I feel as though Mister Sparky's tech went above & beyond the service call, waited for the power company to show up, and made sure I was taken care of by the time he left. I was only charged for the service call and was impressed.

Their quotes for additional service were extremely high

The project was delicate and a light fixture had to be centered over the pool table and set at the exact proper height without stepping or dropping anything on the pool table. Fernando then required help and as a team they accomplished the project.

The electrician came to give us a quote and was able to install the ceiling fans and home surge protector the same day. We had not thought of the home surge protector, but agreed with his suggestion given that our area has a large number of lightening strikes. The $500 is not a lot when we considered that we might need to replace all of the electric kitchen appliances. It also protects other electronics in the house that are not already on surge protectors. The dining room chandelier had not yet arrived, but he scheduled the appointment for the day after its arrival and came early to install it before we had guests for dinner. When compared to the quote from Lowe's to install just the fans, the price was similar. The added costs were the surge protector and the dining room light. He gave three different quotes based on what we wanted done so we had the ability to chose.

Felix and Michael were very professional and easy to talk to. Explained everything in easy to understand terms. Very thorough and efficient. Would highly recommend!!!

Their service was just fine. It was a great value. They had a delay but they did call to let me know.

Worker arrived on time and was very professional. Checked our service panel, found no faulty breakers or wiring, suggested we replace 6 breakers (home built TO CODE about 10 years ago) so I felt that was a bit of a hustle. He then checked the wiring of the outlets in the living room and adjacent outside area also affected and found a neutral connection had come loose. He fixed that and tried to sell us a $1,200 rewiring job to replace the outlets and switches in the entire house. These outlets are the type that connect the wires by simply pushing a wire into the back ot the outlet/switch rather than using screw connections. We rejected the offer, paid the bill and he left. Fortunately, we had a coupon from the latest Angies List brouchure that arrived in the mail that week so he took $75 off of the bill. Otherwise it would have been almost $350 to simply replace a wire. Excessively expensive it seems to me. Summary: Very prompt, efficient and professional. Just too expensive and too much hustling IMO.

They will try to cash in on clients! Steer clear!

Young repair man was on time and very courteous and knowledgeable. Found the source of the problem and explained in detail how the problem was with FLP and how to call them and get the problem fixed.

The deal was misleading online on what the service was and they didn’t know anything about the deal.

Office called ahead of time and Joe the technician arrived when promised - no long windows of time like cable or other folks. Joe showed up : Polite - Clean - Courteous and got jobs done quickly while explaining issues and fixes. Pricing with Mr Sparky is easy due to fixed price schedule they have - not matter how long it takes. 2nd time we used Mr Sparky down in Boca and we would not use anyone else for electrical issues except these folks. We can not say enough good things about them from how clean the truck looks - to shirts tucked in - to polite and punctual - not to mention electrical expertise! Ask for Joe or Everett!!

They were very professional and courteous. Prompt. Covered their shoes even though we told them they didn't have to. Very good experience. Would use again.

Everett Showed up on time after we were called to let us know he was coming - very punctual. Showed up in a uniform, clean truck and smile on face - before he walked in house he put booties on! He asked questions then went about his diagnosis - he showed us Mr Sparky's pricing schedule - price by activity not by hour. Within 30 minutes he was done - everything fixed and we knew the price before hand. He was friendly - courteous and offered some advice on another issue we were having that I could fix. We WILL use them agin for electrical needs if they arise, and will always ask for Everett!

Impressive professionalism and punctuality but, and this is my third time using Mr. Sparky, the company's electricians always recommend add-ons that raise the bill hundreds of dollars if accepted. A big turn-off.

We decided not to go with them because we got quotes from other local electric companies and Mister Sparky was by far the highest!

Found out later that I was Up Sold. Really will never call them again.

THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Recommend whole house re-device. The switches & plugs in the home are no longer in safe or proper working order. Recommend customer install Whole House surge protection Recommend that the home have Arc Fault Protection (AFI) installed to maximize electrical safety. Very prompt and professional service. The tech took pride in his work and was very methodical in explaining what he was going to do before he did it. He provided price quotes prior to doing any work I requested and even had a fully stocked van so anything I asked for got done within our single appointment. I will use them again in a heartbeat. They are pricey but they actually billed me for less than what was originally quoted. You GET what you PAY for! I highly recommend Mister Sparky.

For three weeks I tried to get someone out here, I called Mister Sparky and they were here the next day. Then they came early, not just on time. Talk about a confined space, my attic is tight, and he had to fish the new wires in for the combo fixture in the bathroom. The tech, Devon, even enlightened me about a few things I was missing. Like a roof joist broken in half! And, for all my effort trying to make the place impenetrable to bugs and rats, he noticed where they were, and where they were coming from. They above and beyond for me. It isn't easy asking for help being so young, but I'm a disabled Iraq Veteran and I have little choice. So it was nice to have someone I can trust now. They'll be back for sure to remove the aluminum wiring issues I still have.

Although we are experienced at replacing hot water heaters, we have never encountered a situation where the electrical wiring melted within the unit. We wanted to validate the safety of the water heater, and ensure no additional damage to our home's electrical system had occurred. Speed of service was fabulous! Technicians were available after business hours and arrived within 15 minutes of call to the emergency phone number. The cost of the service was excessive; however, with two babies in the house, we felt emergency after hours service was a necessity, especially in light of our discovery of the melted electrical wiring. The issue was narrowed down to a lose wire within the water heater. With a trimming of the wires and replacement of the wire nut, we were back in business within 10 minutes. Total cost for the service was ~$350.00. Of this amount, the after hours service was $129.00. The remaining $221 was for parts ($8.00 for wire nut) and labor. With the exception of a lighter wallet, no regrets with using this company.
