Jeremy was very professional and informative. We appreciate his promptness and good work.

They do good work for the most part, but they are pricey and they are an upsell machine. Customer service lacks flexibility so dont look for any special treatment vis a vis appointments.

A bit pricey but good work. The fella was very professional.

Needed a wall mount TV moved 12 inches. The Mr. Sparky tech hadn t done this work before. Estimate was over $400. Paid $20. Service fee and did the work myself. Very clunky process

i contacted Mister Dparky as a last resort due to their prices but they came out when they be said they would and were willing to revise my project in to phases. Thank you Mr. Sparky for your awesome customer service!!!

The electrician was on time and found the problem but took it upon himself to make a list of other electrical problems in the house even though I had not asked him to do so. They were very expensive and fixed a GFI on the heat pump and broke or screwed up the thermostat. I had to call someone else to fix the thermostat. I called Mr Sparky about the problem with the thermostat and was told that I would be charged for a service call if it turned out to be something they did not cause which it was. The company had no concern for me as the client.

He found my not working doorbell only needed the battery replaced! No charge. Will call again if I have any other problems

Not a 5 star because of the sales pitch and high prices. But nice workmen and were on time and very thorough

they did not leave everything in good order, panels left open and grass that was dug up was not put back in place at the proper level

In a matter of weeks we had to hire an electrician, AC company, plumber and window glass repair company. By far Mr. Sparky's techs were the most professional, courteous, organized, hard working and knowledgeable people we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The men who did the work at our home deserve a raise, bonus or some recognition for the outstanding Mr. Sparky employees they are.

Matt came promptly and evaluated my project. Unfortunately it was not something that would be practical to do so I paid a $19 serve call fee. It was a very good call all things considered. The quality of the estimate was 5 star even though no work was done.

Installed a new ceiling box and sputnick fixture. Great job.
