These guys were amazing. They worked so hard. They were professional and polite. I would definitely hire again and recommend.

We had four movers and they were very courteous and conscientious. They were very quick at loading up the truck at storage. When it was raining at the house they used an empty box to block the rain in the gap between the truck and the garage to keep our things dry. They were even thoughtful enough to dry things off if they saw some rain drops on our furniture. They were careful to ask where each box/item should go when they weren't marked. We were impressed with how fast they were.

Things got off to a rough start when the two guys dropped the first piece of furniture they loaded and damaged it. I called Nancy at the office and she agreed to send out someone stringer and more knowledgeable. It took Patrick about an hour to arrive and he determined that the loading done so far was not done in the most efficient way. After spending some time rearranging what was already on the truck, the guys handled the rest of the loading. And they lived up to their motto -they sweated on the hot humid August day. Everything they loaded made the trip to NC safely. I had the damaged piece repaired and notified Nancy about the cost of the repair. Jennifer, the owner, promptly sent me a check to cover the cost of the repair.

The guys arrived on time, did a very professional job, and finished quickly.

They are a local company; they send a truck and a couple of men. My son arranged them for me. I would not say they are pretty good, I would say they are average. I would recommend them. They do their job efficiently. They are not phenomenal; they are average or little above average. I probably would use them again.
