Description of Work: Marble Renewal is a "preferred vendor" for our condominium association - WHY??? I must have forgotten that I contacted them last year without a response. So, I called recently - got a return call a couple weeks later - and set an appointment as Jaque would already be on our property. The appointment time, 10:00-10:30am, came and went, one hour later I contacted the office asking for a call from Jaque. No service, no return call. At 1:30pm I called the office again to relay my frustration. How did this service ever earn a spot on our vendor list is beyond me! My time is valuable as well. This isn't Comcast or Verizon where you are at there mercy for a service call. There has to be a marble company somewhere in Sarasota with some integrity.

+ -1 moreThis Contractors was recommended by the association since he performed the services for the association. I contacted the contractor who did not return my call. I explained that he came recommended and wanted him to evaluate the job and offer a proposal. Not only did the representative not show up until about 2 weeks after the initial contact, but after reviewing the job took two more calls before he provided the estimate. After getting a lower estimate from a competitior, we again contacted him to see if he would adjust his price and Jaques Ouellette was rude and hangged up on me. After the work was completed with his competition, Mr. Oullette cantacted me by phone (almost a 2 weeks later) and acted as if I just left a message.
Description of Work: I attempted to obtain an estimate to polish a Terrazzo floor in my condominium.
