First visit he installed a handle that was white, it should have been black. We agreed to have him return when the black handle came in. He returned smelling of smoke, installed the black handle then demanded to be paid $47. He was already paid after the first visit, the arrangement was to reinstall the correct color at no charge. Upon being challenged on paying for the new handle, the technician went postal. My wife was alone when he came, he yelled at her calling her and me (her husband) a f_______ rich b_____. My wife yelled at him to leave the house. He took his tool box and slammed it into our wood floors causing damage. We had my sons friends pressure washing the house, and they had to threaten the technician to get him to leave. As he left he used foul language that even the neighbors heard. The police were called and said they could not do anything as he had not hit anyone. Upon further study we found out he has a long criminal history and only had a job because his father owned the business. DO NOT USE Manatee Applicance Center!

.They didn't come the day they were scheduled to come, but they came the following day.

These are great people; I can't say enough about them; they are terrific. They are prompt, courteous and well informed. They are professional and Jim, the owner, is a real nice guy; you couldn't ask for a better guy. I will use them again in the future.
