One of the employees or the owner by the name of Jessica Mcmullin Truax got merchandise from a client she cleans for, falsely advertised it on Facebook Marketplace and now is refusing to take the item back or return my money when I realized the item is so badly damaged that it is not usable. Beware! Beware!

They come every other week and they do housecleaning and they’re very good. The cost of cleaning has gone up tremendously. In other words, what they’re getting here, 3 women come in and it takes them about an hour so it’s $25 an hour, which years ago it was $10 an hour but on the other hand I’m very happy to pay that because I think we need people like that. Good job for women with children and if they don’t make any money at it, you’re not going to have people doing it so I’m happy. I was a teacher for 36 years and I don’t think that I made that much money most of the time. It’s the normal amount that people are getting most of the time. For what they’re asked to do I would give them an A for Quality. You know there’s deep cleaning and then there’s superficial cleaning. They don’t get down and do my wood work or anything like that. They always want to come early, and I’m never ready when they say can we come an hour early and I go geez, no not an hour. I’ll use them as long as they’re in business.

I arranged for cleaner to do regular cleaning (same as the last 3 yrs) when I leave for up North 4 the summer. Left $120 for 4 hours plus $40 tip. When my sister arrived with her dying husband, stage 4 cancer for 1 last vacation, nothing had been done; even things that were specifically discussed over phone. I don't think anything except 1 load of towels, & maybe vacuuminng was done. My sister sent pictures. Shower had not been cleaned, nothing dusted in bedroom, glass table tops & slider door not windexed, kitchen counters dusty, stove top & oven not cleaned & more. I feel like they took the $160 & left. Went from satisfied client to an appalled, disgusted, disappointed client. When I called about this I was given attitude & was hung up on. Very unprofessional
