Description of Work: Rep. checked pool box for work required to put in new box. He took cover off of Power company regulator and did not put back on as he broke the hinges. He called his boss who quoted an very high rate to put new box on. Rep. was at home for very sort time on the phone most of the time....company would not refund the $99, no work was done and left with cover of the Duke energy regulator....called Angies list who gave us the $99 refund which was great.

They noticed a wiring problem while installing one of the fixtures and waited patiently for building maintenance to arrive to ensure it was fixed before completing the job. The second installation required extra effort on their part because the fixture had a minor defect. But they got it hung perfectly.
