Everyone on time, reasonably priced. Did job well. Would have done more if the box installed had been approved.

The only issue I had was with Angies List. The offer was for a whole house surge protector but did not say what level of protection. There are different ones that protect better. The one offered was barely adequate. I should have called the contractor first and found out what kind was offered and what it protected. The base model does not insure Electronics if they blow due to a power surge. I then chose to upgrade to a better one that was more inclusive of appliances and electronics in my home. Angies list should of mentioned that as well as the upgrade in the listing. Luminous Electric was very professional, showed up on time and could not have been better. The price for the upgrade was better than a price I had been quoted earlier. I would recommend Cameron Pederson and Luminous Electric for any and all of your electrical needs.

I have dealt with Luminous Electric several times and have always been very pleased with the people they send out and the work they have done. They hooked up a doorbell for the back lanai which involved duckwalking through the attic on a hot day and even then the guys were good natured and courteous.

We purchased the $99 special and ended up paying another $50 to fix a three way switch (Hindsight - should have questioned why it was so expensive). Not going to argue at this point. They sent 2 people so it really turned into an hour for 2 people. They did a home electrical inspection (Im sure my two hours of time was used for that) and presented us with a quote to fix other things in the house. We choose not to move forward with these guys. I checked the price on what they said we needed and found a better quote. Lesson learned with these "specials" from Angies List.

Daniel was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He thoroughly explained all options along with the associated costs, and then completed the work quickly and professionally. They were very quick to honor the Angie's List discounts, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I bought a $159 big deal for this service. It was good. They did a nice job. They came in and did it. They were done in about 10-15 minutes -- that was it and they were out the door. There was not upcharge. They did not come to me for anything. They were good.

Scheduled at a time convenient to us, arrived on time, and work was done in a professional manner. Would use again and highly recommend to others.

The Electrician showed up on time and was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Very happy with the job performed and would use them again.

Work was done by Luminous Electric to fulfill Purchase Contract on our new home. Luminous came out previously and did work but the Seller had not fulfilled everything in the contract. So Luminous was called out again to complete all work the Seller originally failed to mention. The owner John personally came out to insure and discuss what needed to be done. He then had his electrician Jesse perform the work. Jesse was very professional and explained everything he found and was correcting. We now feel safe in our home and would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future if needed.

The installer was extremely professional and helpful. We were 100% satisfied with him. With all the lightning in the area we are sure we did the right thing by having the installation.

Very quick, professional service. They also educated me on the subject. There were some cheaper units out there but they did not cover loss of TVs and electronics.

We didn't need anything fixed, they were just adding outlets/switches that we hadn't thought of when we built the house. We think they were a little pricey. The 1st time that someone came out, I walked him through showing him what we wanted done, Then when we got the call that someone was coming to do the work, I told the called that there would have to be at least 2 electricians, 1 in the attic and one on the floors, but she said "No, one guy can do it". So when he got here he said he couldn't do it because they needed at least 2 guys. ??? So they had to schedule more guys. Then we had THREE guys, 2 to do the work while the other sat and chatted. That was the only drawback. I certainly didn't need to pay for 3 guys, and the materials weren't very expensive, they were only here about 2 hours, so I think they were over priced, but everything else was perfect. They did a good job. They showed up on time and left the place clean.
