Excellent service, prompt, clean and very friendly a perfect experience.

Everything went great. I was contacted promptly and got the job done the next day.

II have received other estimates from Angie's List providers ranging from $1500 to $2000 for the exact same work. Luminous arrived with a two man crew who both were on time and professional. The catch is that you have to pay $49 for the travel and estimate, regardless of whether you use them or not. All other electiricians did not charge for an estimate. The trick is that they are ready to do the work if you hire them and since they are already in your house, I imagine many folks simply pay the exhorbant fee, not knowiing the market value of their service. I told my contractor the price and he couldn't believe it. Extremely disappointed and hope others are not taken advantage of by this type of practice. Make sure you get multiple estimates from other licensed electricians before hiring this company or else you can be taken advantage of.

They showed up on time and did a good job. Cleaned up afterward.

They arrived timely, went to work promptly & accomplished the work as requested.

The replacement GFI outlets were a lttlle pricey but having 2 electricians for 1 hour was a good deal.{f you Angies deal make sure you clarify if it is one man for 2 hours or two men for one hour. If it is 2 men just have job prioritized by task so both stay busy.

Luminous Electric responded quickly in providing an appointment time for the electrical work I needed done and Jesse from Luminous Electric showed up a few minutes early for the appointment. Jesse was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and accomplished all of the tasks well within the time allowed by the Angie's List discount offer. He also discussed with me options to provide the best results at the lowest cost to me. I am exceptionally pleased with Jesse's work and intend to call Luminous Electric again if I need any other electrical work at my house.

The guy seemed like he was a pretty nice guy; he wasn?t rude or anything, but the price he gave me for installing two spotlights was more than I could afford.

It was okay, no difficulty. They came when they told me they'd come. I found out that there were two grades of lightning protection but they didn't tell me that. They put in the lower priced one.

Daniel rang our doorbell at the exact moment our appointment was to begin. He was thorough in his initial review, presented the options available and then quoted the service before beginning any work. He kept the work areas clean, was efficient and did a beautiful job installing the three outlets. I think the pricing was too high, but I could not have asked for a better quality finished product or friendlier service from the company or from the service technician. Nicely done - thank you!!

They came out when they said they would, did what they said they would and checked with me on price before performing any work and gave me options.

It went very well. Diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it promptly. When I had problem with it soon after returned and solved that promptly also. This problem was caused by faulty wiring from the previous homeowner and wetness from heavy rains.

Purchased Angie's List Big Deal for a whole house surge protector. Electrician arrived as scheduled, explained the process and what it covered, tried to have me upgrade to a better grade but I felt the surge protector I had purchased was adequate for the job. Everything went smoothly and I am happy with the product.

Went really well. 2 electricians came out and they had installed all 3 fixtures in no time at all. They were really friendly, funny. Cleaned up after themselves. Great experience. It's been 11 months and all is well with the light fixtures.

I got the 2 hr special for $99. I figured that was plenty of time to wire the garbage disposal to a wall outlet close by where it used to be located. The bad thing is they sent 2 guys, which I think should have been told to me beforehand. Basically, one guy definitely could've done what I had wanted but since there were 2, they couldn't both be working on same thing and so had to put switch under sink which wasn't what I wanted. It got done and the guys were very good and professional, but would've been much happier if they would've sent only 1 guy.
