Larry Pearson arrived on time and is very knowledgeable. He was willing to show me exactly what he was doing to service our A/C unit and didn’t try to sell us something that was not needed. We will continue to trust LPAC when preventive services are due.

Anthony, is an excellent installer. He is professional, thorough, hard worker nonstop with detail. In short he is a Craftsman. Tony is likewise an excellent service representative. Both guys are easy to talk to, understand and get along with. I would certainly use their company LPAC agin for their services.

Zach was very professional and knowledgeable. I was so surprised at quickly he was able to diagnose and then fix the issue. The service was quick but very thorough. I highly recommend Zach and if I ever need service I'm asking for him.

It went very well. Luis couldn't have been nicer - he answered all of my questions in a clear and understanding manner. He was neat and tidy and finished the job in a very efficient way. He wore a mask and gloves and sanitized his hands and pen before asking me to sign the two year maintenance agreement for which I had just requested. He also installed a surge protector which I had requested, showed it to me and explained how it works. He also showed up in the time frame in which I was expecting him. I am very pleased.

Service was excellent and tech did a thorough job. Replaced UV light and added another part that was necessary. Very impressed with his knowledge and took the time to explain and answer all our questions. So much better than our prior company.
